Great house. Plenty of room for our group of 22 (8 adults and 14 kids). Large kitchen where we could all eat together. Owner was very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.

A real gem!

This is a fantastic home for a family get-together! Beautiful home with so many extras included. Most VRBO’s give you a sponge and one towel for the kitchen. There were sponges, dish cloths and several dish towels provided. There were two coffee makers plus a Keurig and all the appliances you need to prepare a meal. The kitchen and dining area was massive and could very comfortably accommodate our 15 people. Each bedroom had an en-suite bath. The boys and girls bunk rooms were great for the grandkids. We enjoyed sitting out on the spacious deck with the fireplace keeping us warm on a chilly night and using the grill that had a gas line, so no propane needed. I can’t say enough good things about this property…we loved it! The property owner was communicative and very pleasant. I’d rate this a solid “10!”

Family Vacation

The pictures don't do this home justice...it is beautiful and very spacious. We had a wonderful time exploring the Petoskey and Harbor Springs area. The state park and beach was a favorite!

Great place!

What a lovely home with absolutely everything you will need for your stay. This home is set up for families or friend groups. Quiet location and close to Harbor Springs where we had sailboat racing for the weekend. Definitely will be back!

Golf Trip!

The property is as advertised. Beautiful, spacious, clean. All of the amenities made the stay that much better. Cooked most of our meals and there was plenty of seating for our 16 person group! I would 100% recommend!!

Stunning and Spacious

The Evergreen Mountain Lodge is a gorgeous, well-appointed home with a breathtaking view of the mountain. Our extended family group particularly enjoyed all of the wonderful gathering space for family dinners and game nights. What a memorable family vacation!

20 man golf trip

Just returned from our golf trip and this house was perfect for the 20 of us. The accommodations were excellent and we’ll certainly return in the next few years. Plenty of parking, living space, and sleeping. The hosts were great to work with as well.

Absolutely wonderful!

Group of 13 stay for a long weekend to celebrate a 60th birthday, house was perfect large enough for everyone to have their own space and still then be all together for meals/games or just hanging out. Well stocked kitchen, pantry for all the cooks in the family.

Best Family Vacation Ever!

This home is spacious, beautiful and perfect for a large group. We needed lots of bedrooms and bathrooms and this home has it! It was awesome having two living spaces plus an extra kitchen. The location is beautiful and quiet with some surprise visits of deer. We had a wonderful family vacation!

Lovely home. Lovely interactions with Jean. Arrived a few minutes early & planned to wait in car until 5 p.m. Cleaning staff were leaving as we arrived. Lovely exchange with them as well. Started & ended our time on happy notes!

Wonder family holiday ski getaway

Our family had 3 great days at the ski lodge. This place is wonderful, plenty of room for kids to play and adults to have their space as well. Great kitchen and great room. We all had a fun time and we hope to be back next year! Thank you from the Caldwells

Fantastic lodge

Great family reunion

House was beautiful. Very Clean. Room for 17 people. Room to separate and come together. Kitchen area with deck adjacent. Fireplace on deck. Close to a variety of activities for various age groups. Highly recommend.

Amazing and Outstanding

There were 21 of us that stayed over Labor Day weekend. The only thing not positive to say about this house is that their profile photos do Not do the house justice!! The photos look good on the website. But the house is SO much more amazing in person. 7 bedrooms total, including the 2 bunk rooms (with 6 bunks in Each bunk room). A kitchen that just calls everyone in the house to come and mingle together. This was an experience all 21 of us will remember for the rest of our lives. Great job to Jean the homeowner. Her customer service and attentiveness to us was second to none. Overall, from a 1-10 rating scale… I’d give this house a 15. It was that good. :)

Perfect Family Reunion for 50th Anniversary, minor deficits

We had a wonderful time and so did our 5 daughters, their spouses, and all the grandchildren. There were lots of activities available both at the Boyne Highlands Resort and in the surrounding area. We played, laughed, and relaxed. Our favorite gathering place was the large covered outdoor porch with a gas fireplace and gas grill overlooking the ski run, where we had several deer visiting. The house is huge and there was plenty of space to get away from the crowd if needed. One of the sons-in-law actually worked online for several hours most days. The place was very clean but I marked off one star because the sheets in the Blue Spruce BR were thread bare and torn upon arrival. There were very few and rather thin towels for the number of people with the explanation that there are very nice laundry facilities but having to do laundry every day was a drag. Finally, there was a recurring ceiling leak in the master bedroom right above a dresser, apparently well known to the owner and resistant to repeated attempts at fixing it, which woke us during a cloud burst in the middle of the night.

Awesome property

This property is really awesome. Well kept and very up to date. We are 6 families staying there for 3 nights. The rooms are spacious and well kept. Plenty of bathrooms and a huge kitchen with ample space to accommodate a large crowd for serving food. Overall it's worth the price you pay. Would highly recommend it to anyone .

Lights out the best place we've stayed at

We've been doing this golf outing for years and this has to be the best place we've ever stayed it. The house easily accommodated our entire group. The kitchen/dining area was huge with plenty of counter space for all our cooking needs. The house was immaculate and has everything you need to host an up north gathering. Thanks again for let us stay!

We love Boyne Highlands. We have been skiing here, with our family and friends, for the last 25 years.
