Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch im Berg, ideal zum entspannen. Auf Fragen wurde direkt reagiert. Der Check in lief reibungslos ohne große Probleme ab, auch war alles Vorhanden vom kleinsten Topf bis zur Waschmaschine, auch war alles sauber und ordentlich, zwar war das ein oder andere Gerät zwar ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen funktionierte aber noch einwandfrei und passte ins Gesamtbild der Wohnung rein.

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad en genoten van de prachtige omgeving in Ligurië. Het vakantiehuis beviel ons goed. Er zijn meerdere plekken om heerlijk buiten te zitten, ook binnen is het goed vertoeven. Mooi uitzicht en een rustige omgeving. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk; zijn open en makkelijk in contact. Je mag hen ook appen of bellen als het nodig is. Het huis is qua inrichting wat verouderd maar dat maakt het juist ook leuk. Het is alsof je bij familie logeert. De douche is wat aan de krappe kant maar is verder prima. Het bed is goed. De stijle en smalle weg naar het huis vonden we wel een dingetje maar was voor ons het enige kleine minpuntje. Verder zijn we heel tevreden over ons verblijf en kijken we terug op een hele fijne vakantie!

Eine "Oase" im Hinterland der Cinque Terre

Im Hinterland etwas höher gelegen hatten wir einen traumhaft ruhigen Urlaub verbracht. Mit dem Auto war man schnell in La Spezia am Bahnhof oder Fährhafen. Ebenso zum Einkaufen. Die Cinque Terre war sehr gut zu erreichen. Die vielen Menschen dort, im Vergleich zur Stille im Casa de Mino bestätigen die Wahl der Unterkunft. Sie ist mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und noch viel mehr. Ansonsten hilft eine Anfrage bei Ornella und Andrea und es gibt kein "Gibt es nicht." Sehr freundliche, zuvorkommende aber nicht aufdringliche Gastgeber. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder. Zu Land, Ort und Leuten....

Traumwoche in der Nähe der Cinque Terre

Wir haben eine traumhafte Woche in dem Haus Casa di Mino verbracht. Die Gastgeber sind sehrfreundlich und angenehm, die Wohnung im oberen Teil des Hauses hat tolle Möglichkeiten, sich draußen aufzuhalten: Frühstück und tagsüber auf der tollen Dachterrasse mit Blick ins Umland und auf das Castello di Madrignano oder der Terrasse vor der Haus, und abends dann Abendessen und ein Glas Wein auf dem Balkon bis die Sonne untergeht. Die Räumlichkeiten sind schön und vor allem im Hinblick auf den sehr günstigen Preis des Objekts gut. Die Lage ist am Steilhang in der Nähe eines sehr schönen Örtchens Ursurana in einer hügelig bis bergigen Landschaft, in der es viel Spaß gemacht hat, mit dem Cabrio zu fahren. Alles in allem absolut empfehlenswert.

Ruime en rustige vakantiewoning

Een zeer complete en ruime vakantie woning. Inrichting oogt niet als standaard vakantiewoning en voelt aan alsof je aan het logeren bent bij je Italiaanse familie. Meertalige “bibliotheek” en ook voor kinderen genoeg spelletjes en boeken. Douchecabine kan wel een makeover/schoonmaakbeurt gebruiken. Dakterras heeft een fenomenaal uitzicht zeer rustige lokatie, wat voor ons precies was wat we zochten. Geen koffiezetapparaat aanwezig wel een percolator om echte Italiaanse koffie te zetten.kleine oventje en grote oven evenals wasmachine. Er is een echt steile weg naar boven van zo’n 150 m. Dat is wel een uitdaging voor een auto met automaat zonder bergstand. Ornella en Andrea zijn uitstekende hosts. Hele duidelijke communicatie vooraf, we voelden ons echt welkom. Ondanks de taalbarrière met een beetje moeite van beide kanten en de google vertaalapp. Hebben we ons prima gered. Tijdens ons verblijf op alle vragen antwoord en tips gekregen. Neem wel muggenspray mee, want door de ligging in bebost gebied, ondanks de aanwezigheid van horren, vrij veel insecten. Maar ja, dat hoort er ook bij als je midden in de natuur zit.

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr zugesagt,ein absolut ruhiger Ort zum Entspannen u. zur Erholung. Ornella u.Andrea sind wunderbare Gastgeber,stets hilfsbereit,aber zurückhaltend. Besonders erfreut haben uns das frische Gemüse,welches Ornella aus ihrem Garten geschenkt hat. Etwas gewöhnungsbedürtig ist allerdings die steile Anfahrt.

Ferienwohnung mit Weitsicht

wunderschön gelegene Ferienwohnung. Von den insgesamt drei Balkonen aus kann man in alle Richtungen die Natur genießen. Gerade nach einen turbulenten Tag in Florenz oder der Cinque Terre hat man Abends seine absolute Ruhe. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, in der Nähe sind sehr gute Restaurants. Die Vermieter sind bei jedem kleinen Problem oder auch einer Frage absolut hilfsbereit und sehr sehr nett! Wir werden wiederkommen, es gibt noch vieles zu sehen!!

- schöne Ferienwohnung - ruhige Lage - auch auf den Terrassen kann man sich gut in der Sonne oder im Schatten erholen - Anfahrt kleine Herausforderung, aber nach einigen Tagen Übung klappt es zügig 😉 - gute Möglichkeit, die Cinque Terre zu Auto, mit Bahn oder Schiff zu erkunden, - uns hat es sehr gut gefallen - nette, hilfsbereite und freundliche Gastgeber

Einsame Gegend

Drei hübsche Außenplätze am Haus, Dachterrasse, Balkon und Platz vor der Tür. Alte Möbel, alte Ausstattung, aber in Ordnung. Freundliche Gastgeber! Von dem Haus kommt man zügig nach Genua und Cinque Terre fahren.

Hello, my name is Ornella and I?m 53 years old. I was born and brought up in Usurana. I am happily married to Andrea, an exceptional and wonderful person and we have a daughter called Sara. We are a very close-nit family and happy to live in our village where the passing seasons can still be perceived through the natural changing of colours and fragrances.
This small village has no shops; its houses are surrounded by uncontaminated lush woodland vegetation, farmland and woodland animals. Each and every corner of this village holds many of my happy childhood memories.
Our house, perched on a high hillside, was donated to me by my father as our wedding gift. Some years ago I had this desire to share my home place with other people, even from distant countries, so that they too could enjoy these peaceful and tranquil places and may reach inner serenity.
We haven?t anything special to offer our guests if not our warm hospitality, tranquillity and home grown products from our vegetable garden.
We shall do our best to make our guests feel most welcome and hope that their stay will become one to remember.

Why they chose this property

The house is situated on a hillside surrounded by woodland; it is a place where as a child I used to come and play with my friends.
It was donated to me by my father as a wedding present when I got married to Andrea.
A few years ago I had this desire to have other people with us, possibly from abroad, so that they too could have the opportunity to share and enjoy the peacefulness and serenity of these places.

What makes this property unique

We don’t have anything special to offer our guests except for our warm hospitality, tranquillity, and to make sure that their stay at our home will become one to remember.
