Situated in a popular village which has the Canal du MIdi running through it. Mediterranean beaches 5 miles
Sleeps 2-4 persons
Ground floor: Spacious and light with a fitted kitchen at one end. Original staircase
1° large bedroom with a double bed, elegant and romantic Shower room and toilet
2° full height mezzanine room with two single beds opening on to a terrace of 20msq
Typical village house situated in a very quiet corner of the village. Amm lodern conveniences and furnished with style, keeping the original features.
Rent 200-400 Euros per week. Reductions for longer stays. Please contact me for monthly rental prices outside July and August.

Authentische Unterkunft im Viertel

Eine sehr angenehme Unterkunft zum erholsamen Aufenthalt mitten im Viertel. Die ruhige Dachterrasse ist wirklich Gold wert. Für unseren Geschmack ist das Haus mit etwas zu vielen "zierenden"Gegenständen ausgestattet, aber das ist ja individuell. Prima Kommunikation mit der Eigentümerin!

Trés beau village, beaucoup de commerce de proximité, dommage que la ruelle de la maison était en travaux , réveil à 7 h du matin et pas de place de parking si on rentrait le soir aprés 19h. Par contre un bon point la maison était bien équipé pour une semaine de vacance.

Je suis desolée pour le bruit de travail. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi le Mairie a decidé de le faire en plain été. En plus on était averti deux semaines avant le commencement, qui était trop tard de changer les reservations.

C'une maison de village ancienne en pierre, dans un village du moyen âge, et malgré pas de stationnement à côté, il y a les endroits designés dans le village et pas loin.

Agréable séjour

Après quelques difficultés pour arriver jusqu'à la maison dans le dédale de rues anciennes nous avons pu nous garer dans le quartier sans aller bien loin. Maison agréable, au calme dans une impasse, pas de passage de voiture, le site est très sympa, maisons très anciennes de caractère. L'équipement est parfait tant pour la cuisine que pour le tourisme. la chambre du 1er est spacieuse, celle du 2ème donne sur la terrasse sur les toits , très agréable pour les soirées tranquilles à la fraiche. Juste une remarque pour la salle de bain où il y avait une forte odeur d'égout à notre arrivée qui a disparu au fur et à mesure de l'utilisation. Sinon la situation est idéale pour se balader le long du canal du midi et dans les très vieilles rues de cette très jolie petite ville. Séjour bien agréable. Si je reviens dans le coin je n'hésiterai pas à louer dans cette petite maison.

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr ruhig gelegen sowie geschmackvoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt und sind jeden Tag gerne wieder in die Wohnung zurückgekehrt. Für zwei Personen ideal (April 2019). Gute Information duch Frau Viner, die Kommunikation und die Buchung waren problemlos. Danke, dass wir das Haus mieten konnten.

Ein Ort zum Entdecken

Versteckt in einer mittelalterlichen Vorstadt von Beziers liegt die Ferienwohnung, die sich über drei Etagen verteilt: EG: Kochen, Essen, Sofa und die enge Spindeltreppe , die bis ins DG führt OG: Bad mit Schlafzimmer DG: ein weiteres Schlafzimmer mit Dachterrasse Es ist alles nach französichem Standard sehr liebevoll gestaltet. Die Treppe erfordert Aufmerksamkeit und Gesundheit ;-) . Mit dem PKW kann man zum Be-und Entladen in den Innenhof fahren, aber nicht mehr wenden. Also Rückwärt wieder raus. Ein SUV bleibt wahrscheinlich in den Gassen stecken. Am besten parkt man 100 bis 200 m von der Wohnung entfernt. Das kann man als Nachteil empfinden hat aber den Vorteil, das nur wenige Fahrzeuge in dieser winzigen Altstadt fahren. Es ist ein Ort der wenig touristisch ist. Die angrenzende Stadt Beziers ist schon etwas größer aber sehenswert. Die ganze Abwicklung ist extrem unkompliziert . Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt.

Commentaire correcte. On mentionne l'escalier qui est de l'origine et un peu raide pour les âgés et les jeunes enfants, mais il y a une main courante.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen!! Es ist ruhig, und dennoch sehr zentral gelegen. Vor allem die Dachterasse ist wunderbar - abends sieht man Schwalben und Geckos. Alles in allem sehr geräumig und komfortabel. Einen Parkplatz findet man immer irgendwo. Die Unterkunft ist auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen.
