If you are looking for calm, comfort and you are with family or friends, then let yourself be tempted by our chalet. It enjoys a privileged location at the foot of the slopes.
Our chalet can accommodate up to 10 people (Max 8 adults). It consists of a very well equipped American kitchen and a large living room with fireplace (wood not supplied).
The chalet has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs.
In summer, children can have fun in the 300 m² garden
In winter, you put your skis on within 50m!
We provide Wi-Fi, a baby cot at no extra charge and all the quality amenities so you don't miss anything.
For a lazy holiday, you can rent linens or plan an end-of-stay cleaning service on request prior to your arrival.
Our animal friends are welcome and free of charge, provided they inform the owner in advance.

Perfect location

The location is perfect. Drag outside the chalet and a chairlift 50m away. The chalet is at the top of the Chavannes gondola and you are amongst several mountain restaurants. The chalet itself is as described. We had 8 adults staying and worked well. Would definitely stay again.

Excelent situació per esquiar en familia

Hem passat una excel.lent setmana de Cap d’any. L’apartament es trova davant mateix de les pistes i els remuntadors. Els desplaçaments fins el poble s’ha de fer en cotxe, pero si el desti es l’esqui o l’excursionisme no es pot demanar millor situació Es podria millorar la calefaccio i la porta d’entrada i ampliar el numero de sales de bany.

Un séjour de rêve

Des vacances de Noël en famille dans un chalet à l'emplacement idéal, parfaitement équipé, et confortable. Skieurs et non skieurs, adultes et enfants, tout le monde a apprécié la qualité du chalet.

Vacances parfaites !

Nous avons passé 15 jours merveilleux dans ce chalet cet été. Amateurs de VTT de descente, nous étions idéalement placés. Par ailleurs nous sommes 5 (avec des ado) et le chalet est très spacieux et intelligemment aménagé pour accueillir une grande famille. Merci Philippe pour votre accueil. ....et vivement l'été prochain ;-))

Leven op de piste!

Verrassend goed gelegen Chalet, echt midden in het skigebied en hoog genoeg, bijna 300 meter boven het dorp. Vroeg in de morgen ski onderbinden en afdalen op de piste naar het dorp om brood te kopen en snel met de eerste lift terug naar huis. Honden waren mee op wintersport en konden ruim voldoende vrij uitlopen op de wandelpiste door het bos. Horeca binnen enkele meters aanwezig en geen last van rumoer in de avond want de bar’s en restaurants sluiten om zes uur. De woonruimte in het Chalet is voldoende voor een sportieve vakantie, voor degene die gezellig wil lounchen is het onvoldoende. Een boeking voor 12 volwassen is mogelijk maar niet aan te raden; acht volwassenen en vier kinderen zou wel passen.

Séjour absolument parfait !

Chalet magnifiquement placé au pied des pistes, très pratique pour toute la famille et skier en toute autonomie. Chalet très bien équipé (buanderie où on range les skis, avec lave linge et sèche linge), appareils à fondue et raclette, cuisine complètement équipée, chambres bien desservies, avec literie très confortable . Sanitaires propres et salles de bains impeccables. Grande table de salon pour de grands repas, et pour parfaire le tout, une belle cheminée fonctionnelle. Accueil adorable et propriétaire aux petits soins, à l’écoute et disponible. Nous recommandons vivement ! 😍

Le chalet est très bien placé aux pieds des pistes (téléski juste en face). Proche du village des Gets en voiture également. Le chalet est très bien équipé. Tout était parfait pour nous. Merci au propriétaire pour sa disponibilité !

Great chalet in great location

The chalet is located perfectly half way up the slope of Les Gets and a great combination of comfort and functionality. It offers everything we could have asked for in terms of living and skiing. The kitchen is very well equipped, the bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage space. On a bad weather day the chalet would be a lovely place to stay in, relax and read a book. On a good day the view is great and the piste is literally just 5 metre across the road and we returned for lunch almost every day, ski-in/out could not be easier and something we particularly appreciated this winter. The communication with Philippe was very good and he was extremely helpful. When we realised on our way to the chalet that we had left behind our own bed linen and towels he organised it for us on very short notice. We will definitely come again.

Wonderful

We spent a wonderful week skiing. The chalet is comfortable and has everything you need including dining space and crockery for all. Only one sofa but a lovely fireplace. Location was great - loved missing the scramble down the bottom of Les Gets. We were a party of 9 and all of us had a fantastic week. Cleaning and sheets are not included in the price. Communication with Phillipe was very good, we're keen to return!

Gezellig, groot genoeg van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaar die heel behulpzaam is. Een tip: maar haakje om douchekop op te hangen boven bad.

Prachtig gelegen huisje boven op de berg!

Ruim, netjes, comfortabel en van alle gemakken voorzien. Daarnaast een vrij grote tuin. Prachtig gelegen in de natuur, tegenover enkele skiliften. In de zomer 's avonds weinig te beleven, voor rustzoekers.

superbe chalet très belle emplacement !!!

nous avons passé une très belle semaine en famille. chalet très bien équipé très agréable vraiment on se sent comme à la maison... calme reposant ...des départs de randonné à la sortie du chalet nous connaissions la région et adorons venir nous ressourcer enfin que du bonheur. merci au propriétaire très à l'écoute et discret vraiment une adresse à retenir. encore un grand MERCI et peut être à l'année prochaine Jeanne C.
