War ok

Das Haus war völlig in Ordnung aber ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen. Die Gartenmöbeln waren ganz besonders in die Jahre gekommen. Das Haus liegt sehr zentral allerdings nervt manchmal die Geräuschkulisse ein wenig. Vor dem Haus steht ein schöner großer Baum der jeden Sonnenschirm überflüssig macht.

Das Haus ist besser als man es vorher vermutet

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und hat alles was man im Urlaub braucht vorrätig. Die Beschreibung des Hauses ist sehr genau. Im Haus gibt es eine Mappe, in der alles genaustens beschrieben ist. Allerdings nur auf Französisch und Englisch. Englisch beziehungsweise Französisch Kenntnisse sind erforderlich. Zu dem Haus gehört ein Parkplatz. Allerdings wird dieser Parkplatz ab und zu von unbefugten benutzt, die man immer wieder verjagen muss. Das gilt vor allem am Wochenende. Die Fahrzeit zum Strand beträgt 15 Minuten. In die Altstadt kommt man binnen 15 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angenehm. Er spricht englisch und ein bisschen Deutsch. Das Haus ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Bilder in der Anzeige sind zum Teil unglücklich gemacht. Vor Ort sieht alles viel schöner aus. Das Haus ist auch für die Kinder geeignet. Die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden.

maison spacieuse et bien equipée

la maison est agréable et très bien équipée; la climatisation très apprécable par forte chaleur. Le quartier est tranquille. La voisine qui nous a accueillis nous a donné de bons conseils, pour les plages et les restaurants alentours.

location très agréable

nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison très agréable et bien équipée.Location située dans un endroit calme avec un petit jardin ombragé qui permet de prendre tous les repas en extérieur.Possibilité d'accéder au centre ville de Hyères à pied ce qui est appréciable en plein été dans cette région avec toute la circulation.

Gîte très agréable

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte. Nous étions 2 adultes avec 3 enfants, avec de bons espaces pour chacun. Les chambres sont agréables, avec clim, le salon très spacieux, avec une cuisine équipée ouverte. Le gîte est propre. Le petit jardin est fort appréciable avec de l'ombre à midi et en soirée procurée par l'arbre. Le quartier est calme. Le gîte est très proche du centre-ville et à moins de 10' en voiture des plages en été. Tous les appareils essentiels fonctionnaient très bien. Le voisin qui fait l'accueil nous a donné de bons conseils. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
