Behind the living room, you will find a full kitchen that is completely stocked with the tools and equipment you may need during your stay. Simply bring your own groceries, then enjoy preparing meals in this spacious, clean, and well-appointed kitchen. Sit down at the eight-seat dining room table and enjoy a leisurely meal together to fuel up for a day of vacationing.

The inside of this home is fantastically warm and welcoming, but don't overlook the outside! A tree-lined yard area is the perfect place to let any children run around. A patio area is an ideal place to sit and breathe in the fresh air, or you could take advantage of the nice weather to use the gas grill to cook up a casual barbecue for everyone. You will be delighted to find a private hot tub, just for you and your guests!

Within the community of Sunriver, you will have access to a plethora of fun activities. Head down to the SHARC to use the shared pools, hot tubs, picnic area, playground, and sports courts. If you love to golf, be sure to check out the two golf courses, or you could play tennis at one of the tennis courts, visit a park, or walk or bike around the 40 miles of pathways that crisscross the area! You could also book a horseback riding tour, or get a massage at the spa. For even more options, venture out of Sunriver; the Deschutes River is a fantastic place to go rafting, skiing at Mt. Bachelor is just a 30-minute drive away, and lakes such as Wikiup Reservoir are within a scenic hour drive. Just a mile away from your rental home is The Village, a cluster of restaurants and shops, where you can grab a bite to eat or stock up on basics at the market.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
