Spacious 2-story Sunriver home boasts 3770 square feet of living space with plenty of room for large gatherings plus a brand new hot tub. Patio decks front and back. Woodlands Golf course 14th hole is almost in your backyard. 4 large bedrooms each with ensuite bathroom. Large family room downstairs with wet bar, new 55 in. Smart TV, gas stove, pinball machine, 9 ft shuffleboard, 4 1/2 ft. Foosball, full size Pinball Machine and shelves full of board games. Many family friendly amenities including 10 SHARC passes, 4 adult & 4 kids bikes, 2 seat Burley bike trailer, tagalong bike, stroller, baby gate, portable crib, highchair, and sleds. Close to Fort Rock Park, SHARC, tennis courts, bike trails, and more!
Location, location, location!
Full disclosure: I have installed a Nest doorbell camera on the front porch.
It is helpful to monitor repairmen and for snow removal in the winter.
It is the only camera on the property.

Great Sunriver Vacation

This house accommodated our group of 7 very comfortably. Kids enjoyed the downstairs game room, and everyone slept well. Meals were a piece of cake, barbeque was great and access to SHARC and trails on bikes was awesome. Great vacation!

Renter

House cleaners were not efficient, a/c unit next door was loud and would go on in the middle of the night. Location was excellent and the home is well suited for large families, very well stocked.

Amazing property

Susan’s property was absolutely perfect. It had the most well appointed kitchen of any rental I’ve ever stayed at. She was incredibly easy to communicate m, and the house didn’t miss a single thing. It was so comfortable that we found ourselves mostly wanting to hang out at the house. Definitely looking forward to another stay at this home!

Great family gathering

Made great memories with family in the heart of Sunriver. So many things to do between biking, tennis, floating the river and enjoying the aquatic center

I love to spend time with my family and friends. I am retired, very active, love the great outdoors, and enjoy life.
As a host I strive to respond quickly to my guests and to help them have a positive experience during their stay at my home and hope they return.

Why they chose this property

The entire house is your space. Our home is a spacious 4 master bedrooms with ensuite bathroom, living room, family room, very comfortable, and a fully equipped, brand new stainless steel appliances kitchen. 3 bathroom with double sinks. Wrap around decks both front and back with new BBQ. A large wet bar in the family room along with a pinball machine, Foosball and shuffleboard table. Efficient heating and Air Conditioning. The 14th hole of the Woodlands golf course out the back yard. Bike to the Village, river, stables, SHARC, Trailhead to Benham Falls, and much more. 37 miles of bike paths in Sunriver. Ski Mt. Bachelor, shop Outlet stores or Mall in Bend. Great restaurants and brewery in Sunriver Village and Lodge.

What makes this property unique

Unique benefits of our home would have to be 4 ensuite bedrooms. Enjoy the privacy of your own bathroom. The view from the back patio of the 14th hole of the Woodlands golf course. Very spacious home, with room for families to spread out. Kitchen with all new appliances and large enough to have multiple cooks and helpers. And last, the dumbwaiter - very handy to move groceries from car to kitchen or wood from the outside to the kitchen wood stove. Location, location, location. Short bike ride to the SHARC.
