The house is on two floors: the day with a very large bathroom with shoe rack and washing machine, lounge and large luminosocon sea views, kitchen and balcony with outdoor table. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, each with its own balcony and a bathroom.
The house is very comfortable and quiet.
In the beautiful communal garden there is a barbecue and a large pool.
through a private road about 200 meters you reach the beach Fondaco Parrino that Letojanni ends with the beautiful Castle of S. Alessio which stands on a promontory overlooking the sea.

bonjour, je suis allé chez Eleonora à deux reprises, 15 jour en aout 2014 et 15 jours en mai 2015 je me suis retrouve dans un appartement d'un résidence privé avec accès sécurisé. Très belle appartement climatisé avec terrasse grand séjour et cuisine .deux chambres et deux salles d'eau. Il y a une piscine et un accès a la mer réservé aux résidents. c'est un endroit très calme et très beaux . Concernant la propriétaire c'est une personne charmante qui vous reçois avec le sourire et qui vous donne de très bons conseilles sur la ville et la région. en cas de besoin elle est toujours là pour vous aider . merci encore à toi Eleonora Giuseppe
