The house is cool and well exposed to the sun. It is distributed on two floors, the ground floor there is a large garden with apricot tree, where you can enjoy the coolness of its fronds, playing cards, reading or eating. On the veranda you can stand to enjoy the sun or even here, eating outdoors, in the morning and in the evening. Children can play safely without the danger that they go on the road. Upstairs there is the sleeping area, but even here, there is a veranda where you can enjoy views of the sea and its beautiful sunsets.

Conforme à la description.La maison est située dans une impasse, donc très calme, mais il faut dire que le village en général est calme.La maison est bien équipée et le petit extérieur très accueillant.A quelques pas, il y a une supérette qui fait également traiteur et bar.Pour finir nous remercions Raffaella et Mario pour leur disponibilité et les gentillesse.

Sehr schöne Wohnung

Tolle ruhige Lage. Zum Meer 5 Minuten zu Fuss. Felsig, gut zum schnorcheln. Am anderen Ende aber Sandstrand. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet und alles vorhanden. Betten waren bequem (haben im Doppelbett geschlafen). Jederzeit wieder.

Magnifique séjour à Porto Alabe

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour à Porto Alabe, c’est un côté de la Sardaigne préservé et loin du tourisme de masse. La maison était parfaite pour nous 4 (2 parents, 1 enfant de 5 ans et 1 enfant de 3 ans), et vraiment très agréable à vivre. L’étage est traversant ce qui permet d’aérer facilement. Pour rafraîchir la nuit. nous n’avons pas eu besoin d’utiliser la Clim. L’extérieur est très sympa aussi et très calme. Raffaella a pensé à tous les détails pour qu’on se sente chez soi : bouteille d’eau dans le frigo, produit anti-moustique etc. La plage en bas de la rue est accessible par un escalier assez long mais plutôt large et pas très raide, nos enfants ont adoré ! Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Rilassante soggiorno a Porto Alabe

Siamo stati molto bene, noi che non amiamo la confusione, questa sistemazione è l'ideale per godersi una vacanza rilassante e rigenerante. Ringraziamo la signora Rafaela e il sig. Mario, che sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili. La casa è accogliente e ha tutto di cui una famiglia possa avere bisogno. Porto Alabe rimarrà nei nostri cuori.

Ruhig und angenehm

Die Wohnung war ideal für uns als ein erwachsenes Paar und ein 13jähriger Teenager, mit 2 Bädern und zwei Terassen - im Erdgeschoss und im 1.Stock, von dort sogar ein kleiner Streifen Meerblick. Die Küche ist exzellent ausgestattet mit Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr und allerlei praktischen kleinen Geräten. Man kann wirklich bequem kochen auf dem guten Gasherd. Einziges Manko: Die Air Condition war nur im Gang des 1.Stocks, hatte leider keinen Effekt in den beiden Schlafzimmern oder im Wohnzimmer/küche im Erdgeschoss. Da es sehr heiss war, war das ein Manko.

Porto Alabe

Siamo stati bene nell' abitazione di Raffaela e Mario. La casa è spaziosa,con tutti i confort e le attenzioni che rendono piacevole un soggiorno a Porto Alabe. I proprietari sono cordiali e ospitali. Il mare è raggiungibile a piedi con una discesa (e salita) di circa 300 metri. Il paese ha pochi servizi da offrire (piccolo supermercato,tabaccheria e piccolo bistrot),quindi è una zona molto tranquilla e le spiagge poco affollate anche ad agosto.

Pour un séjour à l'écart des grands sites tourristiques

Logement bien situé avec un accès direct, mais pentu quand même, aux plages de Porto Alabe. Trés bien aménagé pour 4 adultes et 1 ou 2 enfants juniors. Attention cependant au bruit de voisinage et le stationnement dans l'impasse où se trouve le logement. Les hôtes sont vraiment très accueillants. A refaire au printemps.

Residenza perfetta

Alloggio più che confortevole, dotato di tutti i comfort e davvero a due passi da un mare meraviglioso e da Bosa centro storico e marino a 10 minuti di macchina. La sig.ra Raffaella è stata deliziosa e ospitale, come solo in Sardegna ho trovato. La casa é quanto di meglio si possa trovare... Spero di rivedervi presto, per un' altra vacanza strepitosa...grazie ancora.

CASA TRANQUILA Y FRESCA

Muy buena relación precio-calidad. La descripción de que la casa es fresca es muy muy real, tiene una buena ventilación cruzada y no es necesario el aire acondicionado que por cierto lo tiene. Los propietarios excelente comunicación con ellos

Sehr schönes Haus für einen Badeurlaub

Das Haus ist mit allem nötigen sehr gut ausgestattet. Zum Strand und zum Minimarkt keine 5 Minuten. Das Restaurant Fluxus ist auch nicht weit weg. Für unsere Ausflüge auf der Insel (Aritzo, Olbia und Calghari) haben wir teilweise Zwischenübernachtungen genutzt. Bosa, Alghero und Oristano sind gut erreichbar. Es war ein schöner Urlaub. Bella casa, ottima vacanza - Wunderschönes Ferienhaus, toller Urlaub

Abbiamo trascorso quasi 3 settimane in questa bella casa per le vacanze a Porto Alabe e ci siamo goduti molto tempo. La casa è ben attrezzata, si può terminare bene la giornata sulla terrazza o nel giardino sotto l'albero di albicocca. Bastano 5 minuti per raggiungere la bellissima spiaggia di Porto Alabe e anche un piccolo minimarket non è lontano. Sebbene non parliamo praticamente di italiano, tutto ha funzionato alla perfezione e siamo stati in grado di comunicare bene con i proprietari con l'aiuto di Google Translate. Siamo stati accolti calorosamente, Raffaela e Mario sono molto accoglienti. Da Porto Alabe puoi fare grandi gite in auto sull'isola. Ci sarebbe piaciuto rimanere ancora qualche settimana in Sardegna per esplorare di più. Siamo rimasti completamente soddisfatti della nostra vacanza e consigliamo la casa a chiunque. Saluti Jana e Patrick --- Wir haben fast 3 Wochen in diesem schönen Ferienhaus in Porto Alabe verbracht und unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet, man kann den Tag gut auf der Terasse oder im Garten unter dem Aprikosenbaum ausklingen lassen. Man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten bis zum wunderschönen Strand von Porto Alabe, und auch ein kleiner Mini-Supermarkt ist nicht weit entfernt. Obwohl wir fast kein Wort italienisch sprechen, hat alles super geklappt und wir konnten uns mit Hilfe von Google Translate gut mit den Besitzern verständigen. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen, Raffaela und Mario sind sehr gastfreundlich. Von Porto Alabe aus kann man mit dem Auto tolle Ausflüge auf der ganzen Insel unternehmen. Wir wären gerne noch einige Wochen länger auf Sardinien geblieben, um noch mehr zu erkunden. Wir waren mit unserem Urlaub rundum zufrieden und würden das Ferienhaus jedem weiterempfehlen. Propriétaires très sympa et maison bien située

La maison est très agréable pour un séjour en famille : près de la plage, ombragée et bien conçue. Les propriétaires ont été très accueillants et très sympas. Je la recommande pour un séjour agréable en famille.

Maison très bien équipée,dans un quartier et un village calmes,vue sur la mer du 1er etage.La plage est à quelques centaines de mètres,de même qu'une petite épicerie, des restaurants. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques.

Casa spaziosa, fresca, pulita e atttrezzata. Comodi i doppi servizi. Il parcheggio è in strada di fronte a casa, in una piccola via a fondo chiuso. I proprietari sono molto gentili, la signora Raffaela è molto scrupolosa riguardo alla cura della casa. La spiaggia è raggiungibile anche a piedi con un breve tratto di strada e tramite una scalinata Nelle vicinanze c’è un’edicola e un piccolo, ma comodo, market. Per carne, pesce, benzina ecc, bisogna recarsi a Bosa. Unico inconveniente che noi abbiamo riscontrato, ma che non dipende dall’abitazione, è stata l’instabilità della linea telefonica (TIM) e della connessione wi-fi

Un piacevole ritorno

Piacevole ritorno in questa accogliente casetta, tra silenzio, verde, azzurro e colori solari.Molto accessoriata,abbondanza di biancheria,qualsiasi cosa abbiate dimenticato a casa sicuramente qui la troverete. Come lo scorso anno, calorosa accoglienza dei proprietari, periodo di riposo, bagni in acque cristalline, passeggiate sul bordo del mare con l'immaginazione di camminare in un acquario. Spiagge di ogni tipo se ci si sposta di qualche chilometro con l'auto, altrimenti bellissimo litorale sotto casa, raggiungibile a piedi con una discesa di pochi minuti. Deliziosa la cittadina di Bosa: centro storico caratteristico, negozietti, locali di ristoro, centri commerciali, casette colorate verso la parte alta e il lungo Temo...Spesa grossa a Bosa con auto e immancabile visita, spesa piccola alla bottega vicino casa

maison très bien située et bien équipée

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine en famille dans cette maison, très bien équipée et située à quelques mètres de la plage . Les propriétaires nous attendaient à l'arrivée avec des produits locaux gentiment offerts. La maison est dans un quartier tranquille à quelques kilomètres de de la belle petite ville de Bosa.

Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans cette maison. A notre arrivée les propriétaires très gentils nous attendaient et nous ont offert des produits locaux. La maison est très bien équipée , proche à pied de la plage, dans un quartier calme et à quelques kilomètres de la belle ville de Bosa.

CASA ACCOGLIENTE, FRESCA E ATTREZZATA

La casetta è dotata di tutto, ben attrezzata e confortevole e, sopratutto, molto fresca. La nostra permanenza è stata piacevole e i padroni di casa sono stati molto gentili e accoglienti. La spiaggia di Porto Alabe, che si raggiunge tranquillamente a piedi, ha un bellissimo mare. Siamo stati bene e consigliamo volentieri il soggiorno.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison

Location très propre et surtout très fraiche.Nous n'avons pas eu besoin d'allumer le climatiseur.La plage à 100 m était un régal.Calme et familiale.Nous n'avons manqué de rien Nos hotes ont étés très accueillant et charmants. Nous recommanderions cette location à des amis.

Casa perfettamente inserita nel paesaggio

Il primo incontro è l'accoglienza cordiale e simpatica dei proprietari! Poi la casa...un gioiello! Al piano terra l'ombra confortevole di un albicocco e un piccolo giardini fiorito. Al piano superiore la vista del mare, delle casette, delle bugainvilles. All'interno, ogni comodita', c'è di tutto per riposare, distrarsi e cucinare. Ogni dettaglio curato....La casa è molto fresca quindi piacevole al ritorno dal mare.Su tutto regna un totale silenzio.Per la spesa, si scende a Bosa, occasione piacevole per visitare il caratteristico paese. La vicina bottega , ricca di di prodotti locali ,risolve la momentanea mancanza di viveri. Una discesa di pochi minuti raggiunge la spiaggia di sabbia e piattaforme di rocce. Si puo' scordare l'auto. E la costa...un capolavoro! In pochi chilometri, ogni tipo di spiagge: sabbia dorata, bianca, ferrosa, scogliere e terrazzamenti degradanti in acqua verde e cristallina...provare per credere

sejour agreable

La maison est très bien équipée et bien située. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants. Je regrette cependant une erreur pour le tarif de la location. En effet le prix mentionné ne correspond pas à la location de la maison mais varie en fonction du nombre de personnes, ce qui a occasionné une "surprise" importante à l'arrivée, le nombre de personnes n'ayant pas été repris par abritel et le tarif n'ayant pas été confirmé au cours de nos différents échanges. Par ailleurs, à la suite d'un orage nous avons constaté une fuite de la lucarne.. Au prix demandé je ne l'aurai pas retenue.
