Basic but mostly comfortable. Excellent property mgr.

This place is old, which is why it’s so cheap. Belongs to a family not rented out much. The beds were comfortable but the heating was a bit flaky. We had issues with the hot water on some days and many electrical sockets don’t work. But the location is fantastic and if you don’t mind basic it’s not a bad choice.

Pleasant stay!

The location is very good. It takes 3 minutes to get to the lifts and 5 minutes to the nearest grocery store. It is close to frequent buses. The apartment is well taken care of and worked well for us 8 girls who stayed there for a week in February 2023. The landlord is nice and easy and quick to get in touch with. WiFi works well. The apartment is on the second floor and is divided into a larger part and a smaller part. The larger part consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a bathtub, a toilet and three bedrooms, one of which has its own shower. The other part of the apartment has its own door in the stairwell and consists of a bedroom and a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is access to a room where you store boots and skis and you can enter it both from the inside and outside. The only disadvantage of the accommodation is that the electricity cannot handle too much load. There were frequent power cuts when trying to start the washing machine and then you had to turn off everything else that required electricity. Other than that we had a nice stay and I can recommend this accommodation.

Cet appartement est vieux mais très bien localisé

L'appartement est très bien localisé dans le centre de Val d'Isère, à 2 minutes de tous les commerces, etc. Par contre il est très, très vieux et peu pratique. Une seule toilette (pour 8 personnes max?), les 2 SDB sont propres mais elles datent des années 80. La cuisine est propre et bien équipée. Les chambres sont assez petites, mais on a bien dormi (on était 3, donc une personne pas chambre). J'ai laisse la note globale de 3 à cause de cette déco et équipements très vieux.
