Beautiful property. We had our children and grandchildren for Thanksgiving. The kitchen was perfect for our large group. The loft accommodated our 8 teenage grandsons. The girls had a room to themselves. We enjoyed the hot tub, shuffle board and pool table. It was a wonderful weekend, thank you
The home was able to fit our growing family. We had 17 total and there was room for all of us. It was a relaxing location and we just relaxed. The cabin is stocked with all cooking items and utensils. Pool, foosball, TV's we are nice to have. Access to the cabin is easy. We found it to be a very nice location and place for us.
The house was very comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, ample linens, beds were VERY comfortable, and we all enjoyed the pool table, tabletop shuffleboard, and foosball. It was perfect for our family of 8 to celebrate Christmas and we had plenty of room. We loved sitting by the fireplaces and enjoying the hot tub. We saw a moose while drinking our morning coffee! Great location for all outdoor activities and the property had great views. We would highly recommend!
This place was a great place to have our family vacation. Enough room for all with great entertainment options. However, the Wifi connection was spotty. Many times when clicking an option on an internet web page and waiting several minutes the message would appear that "this site can't be reached, connection reset". We would definitely like to go there again.

Thank you Doug, note the internet has now been upgraded to a fiber connection and service is great.
This is an awesome property and suited our family perfectly. 9 adults and 9 kids ranging from 18 mo. to 17. The home was beautiful. The bedroom and bathroom layout was perfect and the house was well stocked with everything you would need. Board games, play kitchen, kids' books, connect four, pool table, shuffleboard, foosball, and hot tub, etc...The snow was so deep. The community did a great job of trying to keep the roads clear. The owner was terrific at answering all my many questions in a timely manner. We loved this place and would highly recommend to anyone. My family didn't want to leave.
We had a family of 15 stay in the cabin. This was the first time for many of us that had never seen or play in snow! The location was perfect close to all the activities we did, snowmobiling, skiing, ice, castles, or just playing at the cabin in the snow, hot tub plus stocked fireplace. The cabin itself was perfect. It had everything we needed and much more than any other VRBO I have stayed in. Even up to the games to play and sleds for outside. Host was quick to respond to any questions and concerns up to the liast minute during check out. This was a true winter wonderland vacation thanks to this cabin!!
Thanks from the Townsend Family!
This home exceeded our expectations. As Floridians, we were looking for a winter vacation for our kids to experience snow for the first time. If you are looking for a snowy vacation - the. look no further; this is it! This place had an exorbitant amount of snow. The house was wonderful and clean. The photos in the listing do not do this house justice, as it is much more beautiful than expected. we frequently rent homes from VRBO for vacations. This home was the most well-stocked and equipped home of any place we have ever stayed. In our experience, many other homes for rent provide very minimal items, such as only one roll of toilet paper for the whole home. This home was very well stocked on a lot of the household essential items that you need for every day living. They provided items such as paper towels and toilet paper, while also having soaps and shampoos and all the bathrooms, and a very well full stocked kitchen. There was a large selection of toys and games for children of all ages to play with. The outdoor fireplace was a wonderful place to hang out and stay warm while the kids were playing in the snow. There was a well-stocked amount of firewood. The homeowners were easy to work with and accommodating and kept continual communication with us to before, during, and after our stay. If you’re looking for a spacious home a little outside of town to enjoy the mountain air, and look no further.
This cabin was equipped with so much: quality linens, comfortable beds, cribs for infants, a million dvds, fuseball, shuffleboard, pool, hot tub...the list goes on and on. A beautiful place to stay for big families that I would love to stay at again. Host was available and friendly the several times I called him.
We are from Florida and wanted our grandchildren to experience a White Christmas. White is an understatement! By the end of our stay we had 4ft of snow on the ground. The house is the best furnished VRBO we have stayed in.
I highly recommend this home@
We had a family reunion (23 people) at this cabin and really enjoyed our stay. The cabin is beautiful, well maintained, has great beds, and lots of fun amenities (pool table, hot tub, and shuffle board were a hit). Kevin was a great host and quickly responded to any of our questions quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
Booked far in advance. The owner was great to work with. It was was beautiful, convenient location for those who could only join us for part of the week. Really well supplied- the cabin had everything we needed. The many activities and games in the unit kept everyone involved. The cousins enjoyed being together the loft. Beds for everyone.
I cannot say enough good things about this property. If you are looking for a place to getaway and enjoy being in the mountains of Utah, this is it. It's location makes it easy to get to Park City, Sundance, Dinosaur National Monument or exploring the National Forests nearby. The home is beautiful and has all the amenities needed for feeling like your home away from home. The homeowner was available to answer any questions and even checked in on us during our stay. I highly recommend this property!!
We enjoyed our second stay at this lovely home! The cabin is well equipped and Kevin was quick to respond when we had questions. We enjoyed snowmobiling, tubing, Park City, grilling out, relaxing in the hot tub, and sitting by the fire. There was plenty of room for everyone and the games and activity tables kept everyone entertained. Thanks for sharing your home with us!
The property was well maintained and clean. It had everything we needed for 11 adults and 12 kids (ages 9 mos to 12 yr). Plenty of space where nobody felt crowded. There are cribs, toys, video games, pool table, foosball, etc to keep kids of all ages occupied. All kitchenware we needed to prepare all our meals was already there. The outdoor space is incredible with the outdoor fireplace and seating to enjoy the cool mountain evenings. The perfect place to relax after a day of hiking or swimming. Plenty of both within 30-60 minutes depending on how strenuous or adventurous you feel. You can also walk out the front door and "hike" around the development roads and experience mountain views with ~1500 ft of elevation change.
After a day of hiking you can also watch the colors of the sunset as you soak in the hot tub/jacuzzi.
Overall, my family (who traveled from all over the country and internationally to get there) had an amazing week together. We highly recommend this property and many thanks to the hosts for use of the property. The memories will be cherished forever.

Perfect get away!
We enjoyed our stay so much! We rode snowmobiles from the cabin to the forest, went skiing at Sundance, ice skated at Midway and rode the train in Heber. The cabin was very clean and had many homey touches. The kitchen was well stocked. The roads were kept clear. We definitely want to plan a return visit.

Beautiful cabin; great for family retreat!
We loved the cabin. It is so well designed and beautiful inside and out. It was very well furnished and equipped. The patio was a great gathering place for games, etc. It worked great for our family, and we really appreciate you letting us use your nice property! What a beautiful setting as well, so many aspen. The stars were so plentiful at night and we saw deer roaming through the trees during the day. Peaceful place to stay!
