Great appartment in Asturias

Clean, comfortable beds, well equiped kitchen, good WiFi for streaming Dutchbat tv-channels. Great place to visit the Picos, Comillas, Santillana del Mar, etc. Felipe is a great host!

Great stay

We had a great holiday and the apartment was a big part of that. Beautiful terraces, where you can enjoy both morning and evening sun. Felipe is easily accessible, even though he was not around due to circumstances. He made sure we were warmly welcomed by Mila. Thank you for that.

Wow!

A fantastic place to stay to enjoy the coast and mountains of Asturias. The two terraces are amazing and there is a great set of furniture on each to enjoy the sun from morning to evening. The apartment has everything you could need and is obviously a loved home, it made staying here even more special. Friendly and helpful communications from Felipe throughout made us feel at home. Can't recommend highly enough!

Great apartment, very nice host

Extremely nice flat. Great balconies. Big and well assorted supermarket 3 minutes away. Also very much appreciated that all basics like toilet paper, herbs, salt, sugar, coffee, oil, vinegar +++ was available in the apartment. Great surroundings and a lot of possibilities for an active vacation nearby. We went canoeing on Sella, visited Parque de Cabarceno and had a great walk at the coast line of Llanes. All activities recommend.

Todo muy bien, limpio y tal como se puede ver en el anuncio. El apartamento es súper cómodo para hacerte pasar unos días magníficos. Las obras que por mi época se estaban realizando no tienen el mayor impacto, salvo el de no poder utilizar la piscina , que con las maravillosas playas cercanas no tiene la menor importancia, repetiremos en algún momento.

Très belle découverte des Asturies

Nous avons fait la tournée des belles plages autour de Llanes ainsi que des villages et villes de l'Est des Asturies où la nature est belle, sauvage et préservée. Un véritable régal pour les yeux et de belles photos en souvenir. Nous avons aussi visité les Picos de Europa (merveilleux) L'appartement de Felipe est parfait et très bien équipé. Felipe est un hôte attentionné qui nous a contacté à plusieurs reprises durant notre séjour pour s'assurer que tout allait bien. Je recommande fortement. Merci Felipe.

Espectacular ático

El piso de Felipe tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia perfecta hasta el último detalle. Accueil parfait par notre hôte.appartement très propre avec vraiment tout ce qu'il faut pour un séjour. Les deux terrasses sont idéales selon le moment de la journée.quartier calme . Hemos pasado una semana con nuestros hijos adolescentes. La casa nos ha encantado, tal como aparece en las fotos. Muy cerca tenemos playas preciosas y los pueblos de Llanes y Ribadesella para pasear si sale una tarde de lluvia. Un restaurante con terraza justo debajo.Para repetir.

Prima uitvalsbasis in de Costa Verde

We waren benieuwd wat we precies zouden aantreffen. Het appartement bevindt zich in een stedelijke omgeving, wel met uitzicht op bergen. We werden zeer vriendelijk en gastvrij ontvangen en kregen goede uitleg over het gebruik van het appartement. Pluspunten zijn de zeer grote terrassen/balkons, zowel Oost (morgenzon) als West (avondzon), de volledige keuken, een fijn bed, een goede badkamer en in garage in het gebouw zelf. Voor liefhebbers is er een zwembad waartoe je buitenom toegang hebt. Verschillende winkels (supermarkten) zijn er op een paar minuten lopen. Kustplaatsen en stranden zijn vanaf 15-20 minuten rijden te bereiken. Al met al een fijne uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen Costa Verde rond Llanes.

Die Fewo entspricht genau der Beschreibung, es ist alles vorhanden und man darf sich an Gewürzen, Tee etc bedienen. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett, die Schlüsselübergabe hat problemlos geklappt. Idealer Ausgangsort für Ausflüge in die Picos de Europa, Ruta del Cares absolut empfehlenswert! Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und können die Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen!
