This charming 2-bedroom airconditioned home is a fantastic find in Sunriver! Just a short walk from your front door to the Village at Sunriver.

This cozy Coyote home has French doors that open to the beauty of Sunriver. The large corner lot gives the feeling of seclusion as you sit on the deck and enjoy the great outdoors while grilling on the gas bbq or enjoying a soak in the private hot tub. The kitchen features bar stool seating for 4 at the counter, cooktop, microwave and a countertop oven (capable of baking a 12" pizza or small turkey). This home does not have a standard oven. Cozy up by the gas fireplace and enjoy a movie on the 55” smart TV.

There are two cozy queen bedrooms in Coyote 20, each with a flat screen tv, the bathroom is shared between the two rooms.
This home has easy access to the Sunriver bike trails and 3 adult bikes are provided for you to take off and enjoy a leisurely ride around town.

Family reunion? Great! Book this home along with our 1 Coyote, 18 Coyote, 19 Coyote, 2 Coyote, and 8 Coyote homes and have plenty of room for the whole family.

This home welcomes dogs, 2 max, no other pets are allowed. Fees apply

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

We had a lovely time staying in this cabin in Sunriver. It was spacious enough for two, well appointed and had tons of windows with natural light coming through everwhere. the hot tub was huge and private. It was in a convenient location near Sunriver village, we could easily bike to the brewery. We look forward to returning and staying here again.

The house was perfect for my son's small family and us, located close to The Village. The best part of the house is its beautiful outdoor space, where I spent a lot of time reading and relaxing. I also loved all the light in the living area! Hosts communicated well with us. One disclaimer: this property doesn't have Sharc passes, something that other Sunriver properties have (and that cost 30/person per day). The property manager helped us think of other, less expensive ways, to swim with our grandson, and their communication was spectacular!

Cabin in the woods

Wonderful location, close to village. We walked all over from our cabin. Some of the small appliances should be replaced though. Coffee maker leaked, iron smelled like burning rubber when used and washer made huge squeaking noises at times. Other than the appliances nice rental.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was nice to find a pet-friendly home so we could travel with our dog. PROS: The property management company was fantastic and helpful. House was in a great location and loved the bikes for the kids to use. A/C and a BBQ was a must for a summer visit. Cozy living room and kitchen was nicely equipped ( although a full sized oven would have been nice) CONS: The house could us a little updating in furniture and bedding, cobwebs on the ceiling and the hot tub would not get warmer than 94 degrees.

Great place, steep price

Nice little house with plenty of light and great decor. Cleanliness was very good. Some appliances and fixtures were outdated (toilet, dishwasher), but in good working condition. Bikes are in a very small attached shed, and challenging to remove. This property is also very close to the train tracks, so quite a bit of train noise. Overall a good rental, but a bit overpriced for what you get.

Comfortable base camp

We enjoyed our stay at Coyote 20, it is a comfortable house in a perfect location to explore Sun River and the surrounding areas. Beds and living room furniture was comfortable. Great Wi-Fi and TV options (cable and in house DVD selection). Really good communication from Bennington Properties keeping us informed and checking that our stay was going well. My only real complaint was the listing changed after we reserved and paid for our stay. 1st was, it originally said a king bed, which was very important to us. 2nd was the checkin & out times. We dealt with the queen bed but didnt get good sleep because of it.

Lovely spot

Great location near the entrance of the Sunriver resort makes it quick to hit the road or walk to the Sunriver resort shops. The house was nice and comfortable. One bed is firm, the other is soft. A/C worked well. Hot tub is nice and private. The deck is large and gets a fair amount of sunshine. House is on a corner lot so there's not too many neighbors. Slight negatives are the nearby train tracks (we noticed trains but they never bothered us) and an over-abundance of mirrors in the bedrooms (my wife found this creepy but didn't bother me). I would certainly stay there again!
