Welcome to your dog-friendly Sunriver vacation home, where space, comfort, and family fun come together. This reverse-living home offers a bright open living area, cozy leather sofas, a gas fireplace, forest-view deck, private hot tub, five adult bikes, and garage games including ping pong and foosball. Sleeps up to 10!

Upstairs, the open living area gives everyone room to relax after a day of biking, hiking, skiing, golfing, or exploring Sunriver. The fully stocked kitchen has everything needed for vacation meals, with dining for eight plus two more seats at the breakfast bar. A quiet sitting room adds a comfortable spot for reading, coffee, or a little downtime. The spacious king ensuite is also located on this level, with a private bathroom and a peaceful retreat-like feel.

Downstairs, the layout is built for flexibility. The bunk room includes twin-over-twin bunks, a daybed with twin trundle, and a futon, making it ideal for kids, teens, or extra guests. The third bedroom features a queen bed and TV, with a second full bathroom and laundry room conveniently located nearby.

Outside, the upper deck is the place to enjoy forest views and fresh Central Oregon air. After a day on Sunriver’s bike paths or nearby outdoor adventures, end the evening with a soak in the open-air private hot tub under the stars. The garage adds even more entertainment with ping pong and foosball for friendly competition.

This pet-friendly home welcomes up to two dogs. No other pets are allowed. Fees apply.

AGE RESTRICTIONS: Guests must be 23 years or older to rent Bennington homes and the person reserving must occupy the home the whole reservation.

Great family layout and everything we needed!

Kitchen was stocked with every type of pan you can imagine, comfortable beds and couches and ample space for a family of 5. We all enjoyed the hot tub and games in the garage. Beautiful space with large windows to enjoy the sunshine.

We really enjoyed the ping pong/pool table, foosball, and hot tub. The house is pretty dated, but everything worked and was very clean.

Our stay was great. House is roomy and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Our only request would be for a frying pan without scratched teflon coating, for health reasons. We would definitely stay at this property again. Lots of fun amenities! Hot tub and ping pong!

Perfect Family Pet Getaway!Our stay at this Sunriver property was wonderful! The house was very clean, the A/C kept things comfortable, and there was plenty of space for both kids and adults (plus our two dogs). Guest services were outstanding—extra blankets were delivered right away, and when the hot tub was running too hot, a service tech came out and fixed it quickly.While SHARC passes aren’t included, Bennington Properties offers a rewards program that gives 50% back when you submit your receipt, which was a nice bonus. Overall, a spacious, comfortable, and well-cared-for home with excellent customer service. We’ll definitely be back!

Memorial weekend getaway.

We had a wonderful stay at this home. The location was perfect. We walked to Fort Rock Park daily with our dog. Short drive to the Lodge and Village. The house was spotless. Beds were comfortable and the house was very cozy. Well stocked home and had everything we needed for preparing and cooking meals. We come to Sunriver and spend a week yearly and would love to rent this home again next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Awesome vacation spot! Especially for a pet friendly place!

This vacation home was awesome for 3 adults and 4 children! So clean and well laid out! We’ve stayed at other pet friendly places before and there’s often more wear and tear…. this place was great! Well situated and super comfy. Kids loved the ping pong in the garage. Management company is great but at times a bit too many auto texts sent, but all in the spirit of being available. Would stay here again!

Graduation party

My family owned a vacation cabin near Sunriver for the last 60+ years so we are very familiar with Sunriver. Our daughter graduated fro SOU on Saturday and we drove from Ashland to Sunriver with my wife, 2 daughters and 5 of their college friends. This house was perfect for our needs. Beautiful weather, great quiet location, and never get tired of the Pine trees and the beautiful Deschutes river. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. Loved every minute of it. The check in and check out was so easy. Pros-everything, cons-nothing.

A Wonderful Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time in this fun home. There was a ton of snow and we spent a lot of time skiing and on the mountain. The house was spacious and well equipped with everything that we needed and met our needs. If we had too many things on at one time, it would trip a breaker, and we think this was connected to the fireplace. We didn't call because it was on a weekend and it really wasn't a bother after we stopped using the fireplace. Outside of that, it was a great property and we really were able to spread out and we had a good time. The home was really beautiful, well furnished, and had a lot of extras. We would come back! More lovely in person

This home was the most clean and lovely place we have stayed in Sunriver. Huge open rooms, impeccably clean, and the sunroom was even better than we anticipated from pictures alone. Lots of lovely sturdy windows, most to the floor, so our dog will enjoyed his views immensely, and so did we.

Perfect home for family and friends.

House was great. I booked this property for the hot tub so kids can relax and spend time. Hot tub was not working. Or we don't have any manual to get it started. We tried watching videos in YouTube to get it started but was not successful. Disappointed in that way.
