The perfect retreat for family and friends, you will love this home away from home on the North Shore of Kauai.

Welcome to Hale Lani, 4 bedroom / 3 bathroom home that accommodates up to 8 people. Newer construction with vaulted ceilings, open concept floor plan, large kitchen, updated appliances, modern decor, and floor to ceiling windows bring in natural light and offer a spectacular backdrop setting.

Bedrooms are comfortably furnished with beautiful linens, pillows and bed coverings. Fully furnished throughout, this spacious home includes a full kitchen complete with stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. Large enough for two families of four, couples, or golf retreat, with more than enough room. AC is offered throughout the home. There is also a 2 car garage with opener available for use by our guests. HDTV, free high-speed WiFi, free onsite parking, and private access.

Beautiful Property

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We recently had the pleasure of staying at this beautiful property in Princeville and have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. From the moment you walk in and see the lush golf course out the wall of windows we were hooked. We were in town for a family event and we had 8 adults in our group. There was plenty of room for all of us and we even cooked dinner one night for the whole family (16) and their were plenty of dishes etc. to accommodate us all. The location is perfect. It was easy to get in and out of Princeville and just a few minutes drive to Hanalei. We also enjoyed walking up to Princeville Center for coffee in the morning or the Tiki Iniki in the evening. We were also greeted each morning with a beautiful end to end rainbow out the back porch! We would 100% stay here again.Side Note: At our family event a woman came up to us and introduced herself, she lived next door to the house. She offered to let us use her pool! How neighborly is that!

This was a nice spot with lots of room for all of us! It was close to the vendor markets and in walking distance of the turtle caves! Loved the nice area!

spring break stay

8 adults, and 1 infant stayed at the house and it was perfect. the 2 rooms upstairs have a jack and Jill bathroom. The one room has a huge closet which is where we put the portable crib. I would like to have seen an easier way to get to the back deck than having to go around, or though the master bedroom. the house had all needed small ware, so that was nice as we cooked breakfast most mornings.

Perfect vacation home for a family stay on Kauai!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our family's first trip to Kauai. Let me just say, it is an experience that has to be experienced! I took a million photos and none of them capture the vibe...you have to see it to feel it. This tremendous experience was made that much more perfect by this property. One thing I'll say about the photos: they do a good job, but the view from the backyard is so much more beautiful than they indicate. Inside of the home was very welcoming; a perfect "home base" for the 2 weeks we stayed. Loved that we were within walking distance of the Princeville shopping Center which houses Tiki Iniki, a killer little Mexican place and a sweet Thai/Chinese place, in addition to B's Sandwich Isle and Foodland. Best location I could have imagined!!! Plus beautiful views all the way from the airport to the house!!! We will be back to Kauai, and we will be hoping to stay at this property again!!! Maholo!
