Exceptional property, exceptional holidays ! Beyond what is described this house boasts a fairly secluded position with private space surrounding whilst still being within easy walking distance to a beach. Further beaches are available within a short drive. All of them superbly clean and picturesque. It occupies a great spot for discovery of this beautiful coast, ‘The Greek Myths’ coast.The house is spacious, well appointed and comfortable. The Owner, charming person, made sure that he was available throughout, and checked us in and out.Highly recommended

Ruhe und Erholung pur!

Das Haus umgeben von Olivenbäumen bietet viel Platz, ist sehr originell eingerichtet, hat alles notwendige zum bequemen Leben und vor allem einen aufmerksamen und freundlichen Besitzer. Es gibt wenig Leute, die Fremdsprachen sprechen. Daher ist es besser, wenn man Italienisch kann. Wir waren in der zweiten Hälfte September da. Ein absoluter Vorteil war, dass es KEINE Touristen gab. Der ganze Strand mit wunderschön klarem Meer war für uns alleine. Das haben wir noch nie davor gehabt. Das Meer war noch angenehm warm. An den Tagen wenn das Meer aufgewühlt war, konnte man schön an dem Strand träumen. Wir haben super schöne Bilder davon gemacht. Was die Versorgung in der Umgebung betrifft ist sie komplett ausreichend. Wir haben in einem Supermarkt eingekauft, der ca. 500m vom Haus entfernt ist. Als Selbstversorger haben wir dort alles gefunden. Ein Minuspunkt müssen wir erwähnen: da der Touristensaison zu Ende war, haben alle Restaurants in der Nähe zugemacht. Man konnte in dem Städtchen Marina di Camerota noch etwas finden, aber die haben wir nicht besucht. Also, wer die lokale Küche ausleben mag, muss vor dem 10. September hier Urlaub machen.

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung in einer sehr schönen Gegend

Die Ferienwohnung liegt sehr schön (200 m vom Strand) etwas oberhalb vom Meer. Das Haus und der Garten sind wunderschön. Der Vermieter wohnt in der unteren Einheit und ist einer der liebenswertesten und äußerst hilfsbereitesten Person die ich kenne. Nebenan ist ein kleiner Campingplatz - Besitzer aus Südtirol. Diese sind genauso nett und freundlich wie der Vermieter. Leider war der Aufenthalt viel zu kurz.

Bellissima villa vicina al mare

La villa è grande, moderna, pulita e comoda. Il giardino è molto grande e si può parcheggiare qui comodamente. Il mare è a 5 minuti di cammino, con la bella spiaggia di Capogrosso sia libera che con stabilimenti balneari. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene!

Casa molto ben arredata, dalle camere si gode di una vista superba sul mare e la costa. Giardino con ulivi secolari e padrone di casa molto cordiale.

Villa molto bella, e confortevole, siamo sempre andati a mare in auto, in modo da visitare le bellissime spiagge che ci sono in zona, anche se volendo a piedi si può raggiungere a 300 mt la spiaggia molto conosciuta perché utilizzata in parte dal villaggio più famoso della zona Happy Village.

Abbiamo passato un soggiorno eccezionale, la casa é arredata con molto gusto e ti da l'impressione di essere a casa di amici.Sei in una casa abitata non solo un affitto per le vacanze. Il proprietario è una persona squisita e molto attente, ti accoglie con molta simplicità e discrezione. Siamo contenti di averlo conosciuto, peccato che per noi francesi sia cosi lontano.....

Tolle Wohnung..

Ohne Kenntnisse der italienischen Sprache war bei der Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter ein wenig Geduld gefragt (englisch und deutsch is nich). Er war aber soo nett und wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in einer sehr schönen Unterkunft, unweit vom Strand. Direkt nebenan (auf dem Campingplatz) kann man lecker essen, falls der zur Wohnung gehörende Grill mal kalt bleiben soll ;o). Die Gegend ist wunderbar und das Meer glasklar. Übrigens kennt man in dieser Gegend keinen Filterkaffee, was wir nicht wussten, sonst hätten wir ein paar Papierfilter mitgenommen. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!
