Ontzetten mooi en ruim appartement met een groot dakterras in een leuke buurt met een schone opgang en prima schoon zwembad met prettige buren. Helaas was de frisse lucht die we roken bij binnenkomst na 15 minuten verdwenen (luchtververser). De bedden waren schoon, de klaargelegde handdoeken en lakens ook maar wat in de kasten lag was zeker een jaar niet gebruikt en niet fris. Zeker niet industrieel schoongemaakt. Dit hadden we nodig omdat er niet voldoende en passend was klaargelegd. Het gehele appartement was niet schoongemaakt tot en met de schimmel in het koffiezetapparaat, de extreem met haren verstopte doucheputje en een wasmachine die maanden dicht is geweest gezien de geur. De BBQ is groot maar was verre van schoon en de ontsteking werkt niet. Je moet dus zelf experimenteren met een aansteker of lucifers. De kasten waren allemaal overvol zodat er weinig plaats is voor je eigen spullen (op een klerenkast na). Waarvan een met pannen die voor het grootste gedeelte niet gebruikt kunnen worden op de inductie kookplaat. Deze plaat werkt ook niet langer dan 30 minuten met maximaal 2 pitten en dan niet gelijk met de oven. Regelmatig slaan de stoppen eruit. We hebben vooraf contact gehad over de keuken in verband met een voedsel allergie. De verhuurder reageert snel op vragen en klachten maar echte oplossingen zijn er niet gekomen. De schoonmaakster kon alsnog komen maar dan wel 5 dagen na onze aankomst. De kookplaat is niet opgelost en hebben we ook niets meer over gehoord, nadat hij eenmaal is komen kijken. Volgens de verhuurder hoorde dit zo. Wel is het niet werkende rolluik opgelost door een monteur. Hier moesten we helaas wel zelf voor thuisblijven. Aangezien er geen airconditioning is, zou een ventilator er bij een stuk logischer zijn. Er staan er nu twee die werken maar een ervan is niet echt geschikt voor slaapkamers. Zeker niet als er een slaapkamer voor 4 gerekend wordt. 2 personen is maximaal gezien de grote van de kamer en de kleine ventilator. Gezien de staat van de bedden / matrassen zouden wij zeggen maximaal 5 mensen. Met kleine kinderen is meer mogelijk. Het bed in de woonkamer (bedbank) is prima voor kinderen maar niet voor een volwassenen of tieners. Is ook niet goed in elkaar gezet.

Not what we expected

First of all, Positives. We stayed almost whole August 2018 in the property. The big plus of the flat is the terrace. The only place where we could survive the heat. It was unbearable inside. Second, location wasn’t too bad, as it was close to the sea. Beach nearly was nice.We didn't use bbq, so can't comment on that. Negatives: - There was only one bed that was good to sleep on (master bedroom). Others were very uncomfortable and fealty. We even killed a bedbug full of blood in the bed in the living room/kitchen. - We had to wash all the bedding to make sure it is ok to use it - It was too hot. The owners didn’t offer to supply aircons, fans, etc. we had to buy everything ourselves to survive the heat. It still was TOO HOT and STUFFY. UNBEARABLE. - Washing machine worked poorly from the day one. Something wrong with electrics I presume. - The shower drain was not working well. Given the temperatures of about 40 degrees inside and outside (no aircon) we had to take shower a few times a day, so it wasn’t great - The terrace wasn’t suitable for a toddler, so we had to baby-proof it and spend over eur 100 to put a protective net around the barriers, so the children do not fall out. We didn’t remove it, so it was going improve the safety of the property - Extremely noisy. Very noisy neighbours in the building and the ones across. It was noisy until 6am. - Too expensive for what it is. I would not recommend to stay in the property at that price and during the hot season. However, we have most wonderful memories about Blanes and Costa Brava.

Sentimos mucho que no les haya gustado nuestro apartamento. Sus valoraciones negativas no coinciden con las valoraciones del resto de familias que han visitado nuestro apartamento. Nuestro apartamento, como así consta en la página web, no dispone de aire acondicionado. Blanes es una ciudad frente al mar de clima mediterráneo, que se caracteriza por veranos e inviernos de clima mediterráneo suave. Durante todo el verano la temperatura máxima de Blanes no ha superado los 31 grados y concretamente frente al mar no ha llegado a 30. Algunas críticas son buenas para valorar algunos cambios en el mobiliario del apartamento, pero nadie nos ha comentado que hayan tenido problemas para dormir por culpa de la calidad de las camas. En el apartamento hay un ventilador a su disposición. Todas las sábanas y toallas del apartamento se lavan cada vez que cambiamos de viajantes y lo hacemos en una lavandería industrial. Las ropas están perfectamente limpias para su tranquilidad. La lavadora tiene solamente 2 años y funciona perfectamente y explicamos el funcionamiento a todos los viajantes. Las obras que ustedes hicieron en la terraza fueron hechas sin nuestra autorización y hemos recibido una denuncia d e la propiedad de vecinos por alterar la estructura exterior del edificio. Nosotros también tenemos niños pequeños y los vigilamos para que no se suban a la baranda de la terraza. Nuetsro apartamento se encuentra en el barrio m ás turístico de Blanes y es lógico que haya ruidos por la noche, aunque siempre están controlados por la policía. Por último detallo los desperfectos que ustedes nos han ocasionado en la propiedad: Primero: la madera del mueble que hay debajo del lavadero de manos del baño estaba completamente destrozado por culpa del agua. Ustedes no han tenido ningún cuidado para evitar que la madera se mojara. Deberemos poner un mueble nuevo. Segundo: el mueble del comedor de madera noble lacada en blanco está todo despuntado por causas de los golpes supongo hechos por niños pequeños. Un especialista deberá restaurar todo el mueble para que no se vean los desperfectos. Tercero: nos llegó una denuncia de la propiedad de vecinos por colocar unas estructuras en la facha da de nuestra terraza que afectaban la estética del edificio. Por suerte y después de retirar esta estructura, han retirado la denuncia. Cuarto: la lámpara de la mesita de noche, de diseño, estaba toda rota. Sorprendentemente ustedes nunca nos avisaron de estos desperfectos. Aband

Location parfaite

Nous avons trouvé cette location très spacieuse, très propre, avec tout le linge dont on a eu besoin, tout l'équipement qui correspondait à la description absolument parfait très sécurisé et proche des commerces la terrasse nous a permis de manger à l'extérieur Je vous recommande ce logement Amitiés aux propriétaires très sympathiques

Gracias por sus comentarios sr Joachim. Quizás usted no sabe que encontramos una mesa blanca plegable rota y un mármol de la cocina completamente arrancado. Hemos tenido que reparar el mármol y comprar una mesa plegable nueva. Estamos en contacto para la liquidación del coste.

Acojedora

Disfrutamos de una semana fantástica en Blanes. El apartamento de encuentra muy cerca de la playa, que es lo que queríamos, y el hecho d contar con piscina particular le aporta gran valor. Lastima que el estacdo del mobiliario de la habitación infantil no era bueno, los cajones estaban todos mal. Es por esto que no le doy la máxima nota. Xavier se portó fenomenal con nosotros, en definitiva, no nos importaría repetir!!

Très bel appartement

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce superbe appartement parfaitement équipé et idéalement situé. Le propriétaire a été adorable alors que nous n'avons réservé que la veille de notre arrivée. La terrasse est immense et le barbecue impressionnant ! Tout était parfait

APPARTEMENT BLANES

Joli petit appartement avec très grande terrasse. L'appartement dispose de tout le nécessaire pour passer de belles vacances. Il est bien agencé avec une cuisine contemporaine et une grande douche Italienne. Piscine commune dans la résidence, à 100m de la plage, et d'une belle promenade le long de la mer. Le centre ville est à 10min à pied. Nous avons loué cet appartement qui dispose du chauffage pour passer les fêtes de fin d'année. Seul petit point négatif : notre séjour a commencé par un nettoyage des lieus ... certainement du à une inoccupation depuis l'été dernier !? Belle adresse à recommander sans hésitation

Idéalement située, très bien équipée

Propriétaire charmant et attentionné, L'appartement est parfaitement adapté aux familles avec enfants (même les jouets sont fournis ) Terrasse de 40 m2 idéalement exposée et le barbecue est super. Merci à xavier et sa femme pour ce merveilleux séjour.
