Apartment located on the seafront of Acquacalda di Lipari-Aeolian Islands-ME- Sicily- Italy- a few meters from the sea. It occupies the ground floor of a large Aeolian farmhouse and is formed by two large and bright double bedrooms and two rooms with a living room / kitchen and two sofa beds which each contain two single beds. In one of the two bedrooms you can add a sun bed next to the double bed because the room is very large. A large patio / outdoor loggia in the adjacent Aeolian style, which is located inside a courtyard where other terraces of other apartments also stand (such as residence), is available for outdoor dining with a barbecue for outdoor barbecues . The house contains furniture and accessories such as pots, pans, plates, glasses, cutlery, etc. The house is air-conditioned. The place is ideal for those who love nature and the sea and want to spend a holiday by the sea in complete relaxation away from the chaos and heat of the city center (which is about 9 km walkable in a few minutes by bus that stop near home and make several daily trips). No parties and noises are allowed, Smoking inside the house is not allowed. Pets are not allowed

Ottima scelta per una vacanza alle Eolie!

Una soluzione ottimale per chi vuole stare, come me, in un posto che rispecchi la vera natura, senza la confusione ed il frastuono del centro città. Basta un motorino o un'auto o prendere l'autobus (vicino la casa) per andare in circa 15 minuti al centro della vita mondana di Lipari ma quando si è ad Acquacalda non si vede l'ora di ritornare per godersi il mare, il relax e il fresco. La casa è pulita, fresca e confortevole, oltre che essere ad un passo dal mare. Da consigliare.
