le logement est conforme au descriptif très bien équipé nous avons apprécié la grande terrasse et la piscine qui jouxtait cette terrasse. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Un petit bémol pour la proximité de la route un mur anti bruit mais je ne crois pas que ce soit de votre ressor.

C’est un logement qui réunissait tout, appartement très propre et spacieux , petite terrasse , barbecue , piscine collectif dans le jardin a côté , a 10 min de la plage et 20 min du port de cambrils et très bon rapport qualité prix, et mention spécial a l’agence qui été toujours à l’écoute et très réactif .

Die Wohnung befindet sich Standorttechnisch an einem sehr guten Platz. Es war alles sauber und zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Die Ankunftsinformationen waren eher spärlich. Wir waren sehr froh, dass schon jemand von unserer Familie dort war und uns dann Diverses mitteilen konnte (Parkplatz, Wlan-Passwort, Schlüsselübergabe/Depot etc)

Hemos estado muy agusto

La casa está muy bien amueblada,se ve renovada. Muy limpia. La terraza en el mismo jardín con la piscina,es una gozada. La señora muy atenta siempre al igual que Eduardo. Hemos estado muy tranquilos y muy bien. Muchas gracias por todo. Igual se echa en falta otro baño. Pero claro,es complicado hacer reforma para incluirlo. Pero nada,está muy bien,muy ordenado y muy limpio. Sin duda para repetir.

Erste Adresse für uns.

Wir warten jetzt das fünfte Mal im Casa Rosales und es wird nicht das letzte mal gewesen sein. Wir freuen uns schon auf nächstes Jahr. Vor der Anreise schon sehr informativ. Die Ameise selbst erfolge, dank hinterlegtem Wohnungsschlüssel, ohne Stress. Die Lage finden wir optimal. Wenige Gehminuten an den Stand und zum nächsten Einkaufsladen. Auch die Innenstadt ist zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. Die Wohnung Nummer 8 ist sehr schön und modern eingerichtet. Positiv aufgefallen sind die Fliegen Gitter an den Fenstern. Uns fällt hierzu nichts ein. Warum auch? Es ist gut wie es ist.

El conjunto de jardín/terraza/piscina es formidable. La cocina es amplia y su equipamiento muy completo. Las camas son muy comodas. El salón es grande y comodo. Puede que haya elementos del apartamento que necesiten un poco de mantenimiento (mueble del baño, barandilla de la terraza...)

Muy agusto con todo.

Nos ha gustado mucho el apartamento. Muy bien equipado grande. Mas luego el porche con la piscina a un paso. La verdad que en las fotos parece otra cosa. Pero al llegar allí todo cambio a mejor estuvimos encantados. Volveremos. Muy recomendable para ir en familia y con un bebe. Pues si digo la verdad todo nos ha gustado . Hemos estado muy contentos

très belle résidence et appartement

nous avons apprécié la sympathie et le professionnalisme de l´équipe de parquet mont-roig. la résidence est calme et bien située, l´appartement est bien fonctionnel avec tout à disposition. la piscine juste à coté c´est très appréciable nous avons vraiment passé un très bon séjour et nous gardons l´adresse pour y revenir ! - le wifi ne marchait presque jamais - certains logements s´appropriaient tous les transats et ne les laissaient pas aux autres, nous pensons qu´il faudrait numéroter les transats pour chaque appartement comme ça tout le monde pourrait en bénéficier ! - il manque un parking plus accessible car celui derrière la résidence et quand meme difficile d´accès
