Вид з балкону був просто найкращий !!!! квартира охайна і чиста, з посуду є все, окрім олії, солі, перцю. пральний порошок купували і залишили наступним орендарям. є кавова машина і тостер! посуд був не дуже гарно вимитий, не знаю чи це прибирання власників чи це попередні орендарі не дуже охайні. ключ отримували в офісі, десь в кілометрі від апартаментів, добре що ми на авто і це не було так проблематично. спочатку платиш онлайн турзбір, потім тобі дають інструкцію де і як отримати ключі від квартири, а далі інструкцію як знайти квартиру. в комплексі у нас було своє паркомісце. приємним сюрпризом був ліфт, адже квартира на 5 поверсі. іноді вночі було спекотно, кондиціонери відсутні і нас трохи турбували комарі. басейн постійно чистять, там приємно відпочивати, територія комплексу дуже доглянута, пляжна лінія широка і там відпочиває не так багато людей. Вихід до пляжу окремий і дуже зручний. Нам все сподобалось!

La vue de l'appartement est magnifique, le calme de la résidence, la piscine est très grande avec une superbe vue mer Beaucoup de moustiques dans la résidence La place de parking est très difficile d'accès. Si possible avoir un badge pour ouvrir le portail - parce que la clé n'est vraiment pas pratique

Me a gustado todo ...e venido unas cuantas veces a las casas que tienen en parque montroig y Eduardo y sus compañeros súper majos ..y atentos ...es la primera vez que vengo a este apartamento y al año que viene vuelvo segurisimo por q..es una maravilla Nada ,,es que había de todo ,,para mi y mi familia estaba todo perfectisimo

Erholsamer Urlaub

Es war ein rundum erholsamer Urlaub: die Wohnung sauber, die Betten frisch bezogen, sogar das Internet war zu empfangen ( wichtig für die Jugend), dazu die Aussicht auf das Meer..... Im Office wurden wir freundlich und zuvorkommend wie immer empfangen. Es fällt mir nichts ein!

el apartamento y su ubicacion es perfecta el parquing , que no corresponde al numero de puerta 34 sino que es el 42, es muy inaccesible y con peligro de ralladas, era mejor dejarlo en la calle.

Ausstattung der Wohnung sehr sparsam, aber es reicht.

Die Wohnung liegt sehr schön mit Blick auf das Meer und den Strand. Zu Fuß sind alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu erreichen. Am Strand bieten sich nette Bars zum Verweilen an. Der Strand ist nie überlaufen. Die Parkanlage um das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, der Hausmeister ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. In dem Agenturbüro wird man sehr freundlich empfangen und wird immer hilfsbereit beraten. Ich habe mich immer rundum wohlgefühlt. Es ist schade, dass es keinen Internetempfang gibt, aber in den meisten Lokalen bekommt man kostenlosen Internetzugang. Ein Grund mehr, Essen zu gehen.... Die Wohnung hat nur einen alten, sehr kleinen Fernseher ohne Satellitenempfang.
