Almadraba Penthouse

Penthouse on the Levante beach front line, Benidorm, with direct access to it.

It has a large 25 m2 terrace that surrounds the entire house, with impressive panoramic views of the sea, the beach, the bay and the city.



It has an elevator (located on the 10th floor, with an elevator to the 9th floor, not suitable for wheelchairs or people with reduced mobility), high-speed fiber internet access (Wi-Fi), air conditioning, heat pump heating, parking outdoors in the same building subject to availability upon arrival, 2 TVs (1 Smart TV), iron.

The vitroceramic open plan kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, freezer, washing machine, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.



- The delivery of the keys and the check-in take place at our office located at Avenida del Mediterráneo 66, local 2, trade name BenidormBooking, right in front of the Casino.

- A deposit of €200 is required with a hold on the card or cash.

- Check-in from 4:30 p.m. (high season from 6:00 p.m.)

- Check out before 11:00 a.m.

Location, overlooking beach, large apartment with plenty of room. Very secure, 2 minute walk from transfer bus drop off. Rico’s bar outside apartment. Have stayed here a number of times now. Fix the shower holder in main bathroom so the shower stays in place. Drain smell in en suite needs sorting out

Great views, close to beach huge terrace everything you needed home from home.

Apartment was in a perfect location, right by beach great views, apartment had a large wrap around terrace top floor so could relax, people watch music from surrounding bars, apartment was clean great facilities plenty of space, also TV, had full satellite tv, which was great to have in the evening relaxing, will most definitely be back again, staff were very helpful, thanks to all staff beautiful place to stay.

Amazing views and location Some fixtures worn. (Toilet seat, bathroom fittings). Needs more hangers in the bedroom cupboards.

Nice and pleasant stay and a great week in the sun :)

Close to the beach and sea, nice apartment and a balcony with a beautiful view :) Good and helpful hosts and a very easy and smooth check in/check out. The kitchen had plenty of stuff to make it possible to eat breakfast, lunchdinner there. We had an over all great week staying at the Almadraba penthouse apartment!

The apartment is large with a great view onto the beach. I would stay again as it suits my group

Location right on beach front, security felt safe, size of apartment En suite bathroom smells and unable to open the blinds to get fresh air in, put a safety rail in across the windows, so the blinds can be opened. No pressure in main bathroom shower.

14th-21st July 2026 family of 3 adukts 2 teens.

The view from this apartment was absolutely stunning, the wrap around balcony and large kitchen/living area allowed our family lots of space to move around without feeling we were getting on top of each other in fact some afternoons we each were all in seperate rooms and there was 5 of us. . The living room with large pull double out sofa and tv, was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen with large dining table was very well equipt. We used the washing machine several times a day. Full sized fridge which was great. Big family dinning table. And another dining table in the living room area. Shutters on all windows which was great for keeping cool and the aircon in the living room, kitchen and one bedroom was really good especially after getting out of the lift. So hot. Conveniently there is an outdoor shower in the carpark to rinse off after beach with warm water. We discovered it after a few days. Unfortunately 2 of the beds desperately need replacing as the mattress springs we're digging in our backs. We almost slept on the floor at one point. We had to lay lots of spare blankets and towels on the beds which made it really too warm but we managed somehow. One of the twin rooms had no aircon and it was 34 degrees c and 85% humidity so it was really really sweaty and the room with no aircon and no bathroom was very small which didn't help. Definitely nerds an aircon unit. We had to keep our luggage in the kitchen as the room wasn't big enough for belongings. We shared the wardrobe in the other room which was large. The shower in the main bathroom was broken water dribbled out. But it did have a bath. Didn't use. Used the en suit shower which was nice enough. The Lift got stuck a few times (luckily without us in it) which meant walking up and down 10flights of stairs. The lift is tiny and absolutely boiling. The keys to the doors were getting stuck quite alot. The keys could do with labeling aswell. To get in,Theres a code gate on the street, a coded front door, a lift up 9 floors, a walk up 1 floor as the lift stops at 9, a key door, a hall way and then the apartments actual key door. It seemed quite alot of fussing to get in and out but felt very secure because of this. We had to buy ant spray as there were a few infestations in the main bathroom over the week. A few ants round and about the apartment. To be expected I guess

La ubicación excelente, con aparcamiento privado

La ubicación excelente, con aparcamiento privado. Alrededor hay todo tipo de establecimientos con un amplio horario de apertura. Unas vistas increíbles. Buena terraza y lo mejor es el salón. Algunos muebles no estaban en muy bien estado. En las fotos se veía un poco mejor, aunque ha estado muy bien para pasar unos días.

Worth a visit.

Brilliant location. Great balcony going around half the apartment block. Clean bedding and towels. Furniture a little dated. Dining room&#47kitchen was a bit dark. Couldn&#39t get the TV to work but we weren&#39t bothered about that because for the little time we were in we spent on the balcony&#47terrace.

Tökéletes hely a tökéletes nyaraláshoz.

Nagyon jó elhelyezkedés. Csodálatos kilátás a tengerre. A közelben rengeteg étterem és bazár. Teljesen meg voltam elégedve mindennel. Repülőtérről elég nehézkes a bejutás. 17 órakor jött el az utolsó transzferbusz. 40km-re található de 6 óra múlva értünk csak oda.

Las vistas son fantasticas, la amplitud del salón y la situación en primera línea de playa real te hace no protestar por los defectos. Tenía una tabla quitada del mueble del salón,la mampara de la ducha tenia una de las puertas correderas quitada y sin ruedas, el extractor no funciona, los sillones muy viejos como todo en general, pone que hay maquinas de juegos y no las hay. Si se hubieran preocupado de renovar un poco no pondría comentarios.
