Villino La Scogliera is located halfway between the sea and the coastal road, inside a private area covered in Mediterranean vegetation. The location is great for those who love spending their holiday at the sea. The rocky coast allows you to have fun in exploring its underwater treasures or simply relaxing in the sun without having to drive anywhere. In fact, there is direct access from the property to the rocks along the sea, allowing you to fully enjoy it. A natural terrace overlooking the sea is equipped with barbecue ideal for outdoor dining and enjoying the sunsets. The house also has a beautiful loggia with table and chairs on the side facing the sea. The accommodation has central heating, Wi-Fi Internet access, a baby bed and mosquito nets on the bedroom windows. Maid service available on request and to be paid for on location. Parking in the property.
PLEASE NOTE: The villa is located near the state road that connects Livorno with Castiglioncello. Bordering the property, but with an entrance only from an outside gate, you can also rent a villa for 10 people. This is an ideal solution for 2-3 groups of friends. ACCOMMODATION: (200 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace and large windows to the equipped loggia, kitchen (dishwasher, oven, freezer, microwave, washing machine), 1 double bedroom, 2 twin bedrooms, 1 single bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 bathrooms with shower.
LOCATION: 2,5 km Quercianella, 6 km Castiglioncello, 17 km Livorno, 41 km Pisa, 56 km Volterra, 60 km Lucca, 110 km Florence.

Wunderschönes Haus, toll zum schnorcheln

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet mit Hängematten, Strandstühlen, Spielsachen und wichtigsten Küchengeräten. In jedem Schlafzimmer sind Mückengitter, was wirklich nötig ist und sehr gut war. Einziger Mangel ist, dass das Geschirr und der Kühlschrank nicht sauber waren. Aber das ist glaube ich ein allgemeines Ferienwohnungsproblem, das mir immer wieder begegnet. Das Ferienhaus ist komplett eingezäunt, wir hatten unseren Hund dabei, für den war das ein Paradies. Nur längere Spaziergänge sind dort in der Gegend nicht so gut möglich, an der Straße ist kein Fußweg und dahinter gleich die Bahn, da muss man ein großes Stück Straße gehen, um in die Natur zu kommen. Dies nur zur Info für Hundebesitzer :-) Ins Meer kommt man über eine Steintreppe, dort hat man eine kleine Plattform für sich alleine, das war klasse!

Urlaub ein völliges Fiasko

10 min nach Ankunft wurde an unserem VW Bus die Scheibe eingeschlagen und Dinge im Wert von 2500 € entwendet - und das 6 m vom Eingang entfernt - den Vermieter interessierte dies herzlich wenig - wir sind sofort wieder abgereist - eine zumindest teilweise Erstattung wurde nicht mal in Erwägung gezogen - die Wohnung war miserabel ausgestattet - fliessend Wasser vermissten wir und das für 1700 € - pro Woche. Skandalös und unhaltbar. Wir werden unseren Rechtsanwalt einschalten.

Wunderschöne Lage direkt mit Meerblick. Die Möglichkeit einsam zu baden und schöne Sonnenuntergänge zu sehen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
