At guests’ disposal private swimming pool (12x6 depth 1,35 m) (open from the 19th of April to the 10th of October) with spill-over edge, counter-current swimming, hydromassage area for 8 people, changing room, WC and shower, situated on a natural terrace a few metres below the level of the villa equipped with tables, chaise-longues and chairs, play are area for children with swing and slippery dip. Furniture with antique ornaments, paintings, period doors and prints, Persian carpets. On the other hand, the house has every possible modern comfort. Services upon payment to be requested at the moment of booking: maid service, cooking at the villa, extra linen change, private driver with car or with the customer's car, babysitter, home delivery service for groceries, hairdresser, beautician or masseuse at home, bodyguard. PLEASE NOTE: in the winter season Villa Roncovisi is perfectly dividable into two separate houses with separate services and comforts outside and inside (2 kitchens, 2 entrance gates, 2 parkings): VILLA RONCOVISI A (7-11 sleeps, m2 380) and RONCOVISI B (6-8 sleeps, 120 m2) which can be rented separately. VILLA RONCOVISI A and VILLA RONCOVISI B are totally independent because outside they have different automatic entrance gates and parking areas. The garden is all open but each part of the Villa looks onto its own area. Inside an iron door separates the 2 houses.
VILLA DELL’ANGELO is situated in the same property (approx. 30 m away), but in an entirely independent position. The VILLA RONCOVISI and VILLA DELL’ANGELO can be rented together for a total of 21-29 sleeping spaces
Arrivals must take place between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m.

All windows have mosquito screens. All beds have patented Waterlily matteresses to ensure maximum comfort. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. The lighting of each bedroom is equipped with an automatic bio-switch for disconnecting the electricity, eliminating the electric tension when all the lights are off, thus permitting freedom from magnetic fields when you are asleep.
