L'ENVIE DU LARGE: charming rental sea view, pink granite coast

At the end of a path rooted in the moor overlooking the small lighthouse Nantouar, our house is discovered and the landscape changes with the tides. The good life, the silence that only the murmur of the waves and the wind disturb. 5000 m2 of land planted with pines overlooking the sea and offering all lovers of Brittany and the great outdoors a dream panorama in a quiet and protected place.
Ideal for a great holiday with family or friends.
Ground floor: Large living room with kitchen friendly. The three large windows allow access to both 2 terraces. The kitchen side for lunch because facing south, the other side stay for dinner and enjoy the sunset over Perros-Guirec (west facing). A large bedroom, bathroom with bath and separate toilet. Upstairs: 3 spacious bedrooms with refined decor, a bathroom with shower and toilet, a playroom for the less sunny days. On one side the pink granite coast, beaches and customs paths, on the other coast gorse, wilder and has nothing to envy its neighbor.

Beautiful place and house

A wonderful experience. Beautiful view on the Bay and Perros Guirec, nice rooms and enough space for our dog to run around. The pictures can’t describe how nice it is. We will visit again :)

Stunning views, beautiful comfortable house

We had two weeks in this wonderful holiday home. The views were absolutely gorgeous and we loved sitting in the garden which was so peaceful. Bedrooms were lovely and beds were nice and comfy. Kitchen was well equipped. Owners were so helpful if we ever had questions and the local area is beautiful, especially the beaches and we liked exploring the local market. We will most certainly come again thank you!

Wunderbares Anwesen, hier findet einfach jeder sein Plätzchen. Die Ruhe auf dem Grundstück war erholsam, der Ausblick einmalig unvergesslich. Ich werde wohl nie den Moment vergessen, als wir auf das Grundstück fuhren und zum ersten Mal das Meer sahen. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden- zB viele unterschiedliche Betten, so dass verschiedene Bedürfnisse erfüllt werden können. Es gibt einen Grill, viel Geschirr und mit Liebe eingerichtete Details. Unser Hund fühlte sich sehr wohl, konnte über die Weiten des Grundstücks rennen und alle Familienmitglieder jeden Alters fühlten sich gut aufgehoben. Einzig die Treppe knarrt etwas. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, es fehlte an nichts. Dieses Grundstück ist eine wahre Perle.In der Umgebung gibt es viel zu sehen. Markttage waren toll, Strände nie überlaufen, der ein oder andere Ort sicherlich schon etwas voll (aber wir haven immer irgendwo einen Parkplatz gefunden)- in den Sommerferien muss man damit eben leider rechnen. Ansonsten lieben wir die Region der Rosa Granitküste, die Gegend, das Haus.. Kein Wunder, dass das Haus so gut gebucht ist! Merci pour tout, Nathalie!

Best place to be in Louannec

Sehr schöne Lage,gute Ausstattung der Immobilie,wunderbare Vermieter, empfehlenswert für Familien mit Kinder und/oder Hund wunderschöne Gegend, jede Menge Aktivitäten an Land und Meer .Für Lehrgänge Segeln aller Art ist CNGP ein Muss, jedoch unbedingt sich im Voraus über Termine der Kurse informieren.M&S

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit grandioser Aussicht

Das Haus befindet sich auf einem gepflegten, parkähnlichen, riesigen Grundstück. Hier findet man zu jeder Tageszeit ein sonniges oder schattiges Plätzchen. In absoluter Ruhe, fernab jeglicher Nachbarn kann man den Tag mit einem traumhaften Blick auf den Atlantik genießen. Das Panorama ist noch eindrucksvoller als auf den Fotos dargestellt. Das Haus mit seinen zwei geräumigen Terrassen ist liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Wir haben uns zwar bis auf das Frühstück nicht selbst versorgt, aber aus unserer Sicht lässt die Ausstattung keine Wünsche offen. Es ist ein Haus zum Wohlfühlen. Die nähere Umgebung bietet viele lohnenswerte Ausflugziele. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war im Vorfeld informativ und unkompliziert. Bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir ausgesprochen freundlich empfangen und zur Begrüßung mit Gebäck aus der Region und frischen Erdbeeren überrascht. Wir haben die 7 Tage in dem Haus sehr genossen. Alles war perfekt und wir kommen gerne wieder.

Merveilleux sejour!

Nous avons séjourné 2 semaines dans cette maison à Louannec. Que dire sinon qu’elle est idéalement située à quelques minutes à pied de la mer/plage, que le panorama est à tomber (vue mer 180 degrés), le jardin merveilleux (immense) pour les enfants, qu’il n’y a pas de voisins et que vous serez complètement au calme. La maison comporte 4 chambres et convient facilement pour 2 familles.Décorée avec goût et très fonctionnelle. Propriétaires bienveillants et disponibles si besoin.
