Come relax and enjoy the sandy, white beaches of Cape San Blas while staying at Barrier Dunes 72. This tastefully decorated three-bedroom, three and ½ bath townhome comfortably sleeps nine. Barrier Dunes 72 boasts of updated décor, paint and tile on the main living floor, wireless Internet and is just 200 short steps to the gulf front pool deck and beach. Located in the popular Barrier Dunes Community and adjacent to the St. Joseph Peninsula State Park – voted No. 1 beach in the United States - there is something for everyone to enjoy. Barrier Dunes offers gated entry accessible only to renters and owners, two community pools, one on the gulf front and one in the center of the community, tennis courts, playground, fishing ponds, gulf-front gazebo and boardwalks to the sugar white sand and warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico. There is also a great clubhouse to host your larger gathering of family and friends. Lower floor: Fully equipped kitchen, refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and electric can opener, along with laundry area with washer, dryer, iron and ironing board. Dining room, seating for 6 with an additional two stools at the breakfast bar. Living room has queen sleeper sofa, TV, DVD and VCR. Off the living room is a large deck with patio table, chairs and a gas grill. Middle floor: Large master bedroom with private porch, king bed, full bathroom with stand-alone shower, separate tub, double sink vanity, cable TV, ceiling fan, and alarm clock. Second bedroom on the middle floor has a queen bed, private landing, full bathroom with tub and shower, ceiling fan, and cable TV.. Upper floor: Large master bedroom suite with private porch, queen bed, couch, full bathroom with stand-alone shower and separate soaker tub, double sink vanity, walk-in closet, cable TV, ceiling fan, and alarm clock. Under the unit: Covered parking for two vehicles, an enclosed private shower with hot and cold water, hose for washing the sand off your jet ski or boat and storage space for beach toys. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was clean and well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking essentials. Unit was conveniently located to tennis courts and both pools. Easy beach access via ramp. Unit does not have board games or cards which would have been nice on our rainy days.

great place for trip

Perfect amount of space for mother daughter trip. Property a little dated but mostly clean. Grill is in need of replacement. Outdoor shower pipe has large gash in it that limits water to shower. Instructions for tv are missing a corner which makes it hard to use. Property management app is not user friendly. Submitted request about above items and no response. However, these items were not crucial to our stay

Perfect place & would stay again ❤️

Thank you for the amazing condo. It was perfect for us and four girls - plenty of room! The kids loved TVs in each of their rooms!! It was clean and communication was great. We got a call before our checkin (before they went home) to see if we had any questions and gave us the door code. We were happy to find beach chairs and boogie boards to use that we couldn’t fit in our car. Walk to the beach was easy even after long hot days. We would definitely come back to this unit. The entire barrier dunes complex is awesome. Friendly, clean, & right on the beach. Kids loved tennis courts, turtle pond, & pools! Also, within walking distance to a good restaurant (cone heads). Thanks again!
