Self Catering 2 Bedroomed Holiday Villa nr Newquay Cornwall

A light, bright, convenient, and well equipped 2 bedroom modern holiday villa situated at Atlantic Reach, a family oriented holiday complex. The house is ideally situated to serve as a base to explore all that Cornwall has to offer. But please note we do not offer wifi.
To keep costs to an affordable level the use of site facilities is not included in the cost of the holiday. Unfortunately, there is no option for guests to pay separately for their use either. However there is a friendly cafe/bar on site for guests to use and children may use the outdoor play area. In the main holiday season there is an on site shop for all your essential food and non-food items. The Manor Arms is now open to all guests and has received very good reviews for its menu and service. .
This property is close to the surfing beaches of Newquay and North Cornwall and is well placed to serve as a base for exploring all of Cornwall with its rugged beauty, lovely beaches, quaint seaside towns and attractions such as The Eden Project. The holiday complex is well situated being approximately one mile from the A30 which is the main road giving access to the length and breadth of Cornwall and connected at Exeter to the M5.

You enter the house by the sliding patio doors into the lounge with its 2 sofas and large flat screen TV and DVD player. The thermostat to control the heating is on the right hand wall next to the beneath stairs cupboard which contains ironing board and iron,childs cot and highchair, bodyboards, tennis rackets and balls. Passing the cupboard one comes to the kitchen with ceramic hob, electric oven, microwave, and fridge freezer. It is well supplied with cooking and eating utensils and the kitchen table seats 4.
The stairs then take you upstairs to the 2 bedrooms with bathroom between. The switch for the water heater is located on the upstairs landing next to the light switch. The modern bathroom has handbasin, WC and quadrant shower. Please note that toiletries and towels are not supplied. The front bedroom contains a modern and recent double divan bed, dressing and bedside tables. There is also a spacious built in wardrobe. The rear bedroom has a pair of recently purchased single beds with a bedside table between. There is a white wardrobe for your clothes. The above stairs built-in cupboard is not open for guests' use. All bedding, sheets and pillowcases are provided.
At the front is a paved patio with new picnic bench. There is a parking area just down from the house but in busy times you may have to park elsewhere. Before arrival we will ask you to complete and return a simple form (Non Let Booking Form) to secure your free parking on the site. We will also email our House Manual with directions, info about the house and places for you to visit.
NB We cannot accept under- 30's non-family groups.

Our second visit to this lovely little property. My family and myself love to stay here as it opens up our gateway for discovering all that Cornwall has to offer. The property is well located, clean, well equipped, well looked after, it has plenty of room for four to stay and lots of storage for clothes etc. Parking is communal however there are always spaces nearby or up at the main carpark so not much of a problem. The owner is so helpful and will answer any questions you have. We give this property a big thumbs up! Will sure be visiting again in the future. A+++

Sandy and I are a retired couple living in France. We stay at No.92 during the winter to see family and friends. And we let it out during spring, summer and early autumn primarily to help with its cost and upkeep. And we wouldn't ask you to stay somewhere that we wouldn't stay ourselves so we aim to keep it in tip top condition.

Why they chose this property

Modern, comfortable and superbly well situated to visit all that Cornwall has to offer. It is on an attractive and well laid-out holiday complex, ideally situated for exploring Cornwall. And it is very easy to reach being only 1 mile from the main A30 and approximately 7 miles from the bustle of Newquay. But if you prefer a more sedate and upmarket holiday resort there is Padstow a few miles further away. This has now become the centre of Cornwall's booming gastro-tourism.

What makes this property unique

A comfortable, covenient and well equipped house on a friendly site which is well situated for Newquay, North Cornwall and exploration further afield.

But, please note, to maintain the family friendly nature of the site, it is not suitable for parties or those attending stag or hen dos.
