Private Villa Praxithea with Swimming Pool & Garden

This newly built villa will offer you the most relaxing holidays as it is a private accommodation with no neighbours around.
Located among the olive groves, it is about a 15 minute walk from the village of Lakka and the nearest beaches.

The Villa consists 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed on the ground floor and on the top floor one with a double bed with an en suit bathroom and a twin bed bedroom, a fully and modern equipped kitchen which includes among other appliances an electric kettle, coffee maker and a microwave. The open plan kitchen – dining room and living room area with its two large veranda doors and the main entrance door with all lead to the garden and swimming pool area helps to give its guests a summer open space feeling. When accommodated by 8 people the sofa will be opened up into a double bed. There is also a bathroom on the ground floor which is large and spacious with a shower.

The top floor of the villa is being renovated at the moment and this is the reason why there are no pictures of the top floor bedrooms and bathroom but pictures should be added by end of March 2018.

As it is located on a hill, the view of the olives groves and the sea view are stunning and offer a feeling of tranquility.
