Amazing property!

Villa Kate is absolutely fabulous. Although traditional in style externally, it is modern and scrupulously clean inside. Beds are very comfortable and the house is more spacious, in my opinion, than it appears on the photographs. The outside space is wonderful and really well planned, with beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and down to the sea. You will need a car to get around, although Podgora is a quick 5 minute drive and Makarska, with an abundance of restaurants, bars and shops and a gorgeous marina is only about 10-15 minutes drive. Andrej was a brilliant host and was there to meet us upon arrival. Would highly recommend.

We will be back!

This was our first rental with HomeAway and our first trip to Croatia. Without a doubt, Villa Kate was one of the most pleasant, beautiful, and relaxing experiences we've ever had on vacation. My wife and I took our 15 yr old son and everyone had an excellent time. Walking up and down the village roads provided endless photo opportunities. The restaurants and beach areas on Podgora were all very good. Villa Kate, itself, was clean, very well furnished, and tastefully decorated. We spent most of our time on the patio, in the pool, and simply enjoying the spectacular sun. Without a doubt, this was a nearly perfect experience. We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time!!

Relaxing with a great view

Villa Kate is very clean and comfortably furnished. The highlight, however, is the pool area and the terrace. The view of the sea and the islands are fantastic. We enjoyed our stay very much. Thank you Andrej

Perfektes Haus mit wunderbaren Ausblick

Das im traditionellen Stil neugebaute Haus hat eine wunderbare Lage oberhalb von Podgora mit tollen unverbauten Ausblick aufs Meer sowie die Inseln Brac und Hvar. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier genau richtig. Hat man trotzdem Lust auf reges Leben ist man schnell in Podgora. Auch Tucepi oder Makarska ist nicht weit. Im Inneren ist das Haus sehr großzügig und hochwertig ausgestattet. Bei der Ausstattung wurde auch Wert auf viele kleine Details gelegt . So fühlt man sich bald fast wie zu Hause . Die meiste Zeit wird man auf der großen Terrasse mit dem kleinen Pool , Liegen und Sitzgelegenheiten mit direkten Blick aufs Meer verbringen. Die Vermieterin ist äußerst nett und aufmerksam. Wir werden sicher bald wiederkommen.
