They also kept waiting at the unit and finally I contacted you and told them where you were and they picked you up and brought you and have shown you where the unit lies. We give personal guide through the house. That's is why I pay the administrators to do so with my guests and they also give advice where one can go to eat and visit. There are flyers with information at the unit. On the information website where someone can book you can also see the location on the land chart and the address of the unit. At the entrance the securities employees also, if you ask them, they can give you information how to ride to the unit. I find it a pity that you have experience this inconvenience on your arrival day. It was new years evening, the day that you have arrived and of course is it very busy. Too busy. Hi Mona, Thank you for the review. We are glad that you have enjoyed your holiday. Indeed, now that new houses have been built close to us, you have to walk around to the beach. It is now longer than before. It is about 10 minutes walk. We do not have a hotel concept. For that reason we have a washing machine in the house that you can wash yourself whenever you want. If we have to change every 3 days, there are extra service costs. We have extra service costs but that has to be asked during the booking. That will cost extra money. Dear William, I'm really sorry that you have experienced your stay like this. About the safe, it works. The only thing is that you have to use the key instead of the digital digits. We are looking for a new safe. Important is that it worked and it works. About two of the sliding doors, indeed it do not open or very difficult. As you saw they are of woord and need maintenance. A carpenter came to look at it but because you came in the house we could not fix it right away. We found it disturbing to work on the door meanwhile you were in the house. The carpenter is going to fix them. The sofa was broken by a guest. We could not say who. We came to know later on. It was 1,5 years old. We are looking for good new one. Dear Roya, We thank you for the points you have raised. We really appreciate this. The technician couldn't find anything wrong with the refrigerator. The only thing he found was that some places were not clean. We had the refrigerator checked earlier because the guests thought there was a leak on March 20. After they checked out, we sent a technician to have it fixed. The technician found that there was nothing wrong with the refrigerator. It was a jug of water that was leaking. Loose cables are from the WiFi and TV and are certainly not dangerous. They're in a corner. Most of it is in a tube. I have asked the new administrator to check the cables. When I was there I myself has put it in the tube. They will check it for me. Indeed, we discovered that some of the shutters do not open. Most do. We have found the right carpenters who do good work and are now getting started to check everything for me. The only thing about the dining table is that on 2 legs the plate has become a bit loose. The mirror on the dining table was fixed by three rubbers. These rubbers became worn out and gave an unpleasant view. The clean master and the manager at the time did not lift it and clean it or remove it. That was the whole problem. The dining chairs are made of plastic. The reason why we chose this is that the chairs in the photo have chrome legs. They were rusted by the sea air. Too much salt in the air. That's why we chose plastic that matches the table. The furniture outside was discolored. It is true that it gives the wrong impression. But we will see how we will look for otherones with can stand the sun. Regarding the bed goods, we have instructed the new manager to throw everything away and buy new ones. We were very angry about this. We didn't know that. The most important thing when renting out a house is that it must be clean, especially the bed in which you sleep. What I understood from the cleaner is that it was clean, but the stain could not be removed. I said that's not possible. You have to buy a new sheet and report to me.
