Great stay with beautiful views

We had a super three nights stay and the property had everything we needed. It was hot when we were there (heatwave), so we had to keep windows open overnight. Barking dogs from a distance away, so unavoidable, although annoying. Quite typical in rural Italy though. Owners friend, Monica, spoke very good English, sobwe had no problem communicating. Great find!

Nice and cosy house with great view and great host

We have had a wonderful stay at this house/appartment. The hosts were very friendly and took care of us very well. After a busy touristic day, the house felt like coming home. Nice situated in the mountains with great view. The town Pimonte is close (5 min. drive) for daily shopping. In the evening a lot of dogs in the neighbourhood are barking. Sometimes it gots anoying. The piano in the house looks nice but it is broken 😉 I will definitely recommend this house / appartment.

Beautifull sight

Beautiful location with beautiful views over the valley with Mount Vesivius in the distance. The house is well equipped, but a single trash can and an undamaged frying pan (due to the release of toxic Pfas) and an extra frying pan would be welcome. Unfortunately, sometimes there are a lot of dogs barking, which is not always pleasant, especially at night. But apart from that, the surroundings are beautiful and the peninsula with the beautiful coast and idyllic villages is more than worth a visit.

A lovely cottage tucked away on the hill

This came up as a place to stay in Sorrento. It is a little ways away, but it is super charming! There is no AC or wifi, so be prepared. I figured out on the second day to open the bedroom window all the way to allow for the extra breeze. It hadn't been. That helped immensely. There are some little cats that hang out and if the doors are left open, they sneak in in the middle of the night; otherwise, they don't cause any issues. They are just part of the charm of the place. Everything else - the view, the privacy, the charm - it all was pleasant, and Monica and MariaLucia were so easy to communicate with on Whats App! Thank you!

Very nice home with extremely difficult access

This home is really beautiful! Access to it is really difficult. Maria Lucia is a wonderful person and host. She tried to work with HomeAway to get us a refund since we did NOT stay there at all. No dice . I believe we deserve a refund due to lack of disclosure on the access issues to the property. The entrance to access road is almost unfindable. We also scraped the bottom of the going in and out. The roads in are tight, twisting mountainous roads. Very stressful. This is a four star home with 0 stars for accessibility. Fixing the entry road to the house would help

Dear guests I am very sorry for your review from the moment you chose not to stay in my property, for reasons not related to the house but related to the roads to go to visit the various places. my guests have never had these problems because the roads are so in our region and it is not in my power to be able to change the streets

Greatest place to stay in the hills above Naples Bay

After reading all the reviews on this property, I was a little hesitant; for fear of finding the house and dealing with the apparent difficulty with the road and driveway. But the place looked so beautiful we chose to stay at this remote cassita. WOW, all the negative reviews were completely off base and the good reviews were spot on. We have never had a more pleasant two weeks anywhere in the world. Our host Marilucia was marvelous and always helping us find the best restaurants and directions to the Amalfi Coast, the train station, etc. I can honestly say that she made all the difference. She even set us up with a local phone store and got us the best SIM card for our iPhone so we could navigate throughout the hills surrounding Naples, Sorrento, the Amalfi coast, etc. The cassita is a welcoming home for anyone who wants to spend their time away from the big cities yet close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, hardware, wine shops (less than a mile away. Thank you Marilucia. You are such a Blessing to so many.

Groot huis maar weinig rust

Leuke en grote huis. Mooie uitzicht op de bergen. Huis is ruim en schoon. Badkamer is mooi en groot. Alleen veel lawaai van de houtbedrijf direct aan huis. De zaag hoor je hele dag. Ook veel honden blaffen in de nacht. De eamen moeten openblijven omdat er geen airco is. Ook kan de achterdeur helaas niet op slot. Veel parkeerplaats maar je moet geen lange of lage auto hebben. Dan raakt de onderkant de grond. Huis bevind zich direct aan een drukke weg die vooral in de avond in het weekend hoor je de autos. Eigenaar is aardig en denkt mee als er vragen zijn In

Kein Haus sondern eine Wohnung

Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung mit separatem Eingang über eine Terrasse.Die Wohnung und die überdachte Terrasse sind sehr schön,sauber und groß. In dem Haus leben noch mehrere Parteien. Vom separaten Eingang geht ein kleiner Garten ab Dieser ist jedoch für alle Hunde der Gegend frei zugänglich,war also zugekotet,verwildert,ungemäht und verschmutz.Um den Grill zu benutzen hätte ein Olivenbaum beschnitten werden müssen. Auch due Terrasse ist für die Hunde und Katzen frei zugänglich,wir haben sie mit zwei Sonnenliegen versperrt auch um unseren Hund drinnen zu behalten.Die Hunde sind in Abwesenheit trotzdem durchgebrochen haben gepullert und meinen Grill vom Tisch gehauen. Wohnungstüre auf bedeutet Katzen in Wohnung. Es gibt zwei Auffahrten zum Grundstück,beide sind so steil und wellig das man mit einer Limosine mit längeren Radstand aufsetzt. Wir haben einen SUV mit dem ging eine Zufahrt mit Vorsicht. Ein Mieter versperrte mit einem def.Auto diese Auffahrt.Er sah ein das die zweite Auffahrt nicht zu benutzen war und schob das Auto weg. Dann kam eine Frau(seine) und schrie uns an man habe zwei Zufahrten und ich soll gefälligst die zweiteAusfahrt nehmen. In dem Haus befindet sich eine Art Tischlerei bzw.Schrottplatz oder ähnliches. Es wurde von morgens bis abends gesägt,geflext und gehämmert.Ein Kompressor sprang dauernd an und mischte sich mit dem Lärm der nahen Straße.Alles ist mit Fotos/Videos beweisbar.Es war schlimm,nicht zu empfehlen da das gesamteGrundstück vermülltwar

kind guest, I am surprised at what you wrote, we have had many guests before you and never heard of such things, it must be said that you allowed your dog! to do its business on the terrace, furthermore you had not even communicated the presence of the his dog which he was supposed to do. we are present for every problem and ask during the stay if everything is ok or if there are problems if you needed it why didn't you mention any of this? I also want to remind you of the damage you did to the house which wasn't mentioned at all, there was understanding on our part but apparently you didn't even take it into consideration!

Schön gelegenes Ferienhaus für 2 Personen

Die Beschreibung zum Ferienhaus ist korrekt. Das Inventar ist in Ordnung, wenn auch etwas abgewohnt und spartanisch vom Umfang her. Die Terrasse ist sehr schön und der Ausblick grandios. Die Lage ist an sich auch ruhig, die angrenzende Tischlerei hört man nur selten. Allerdings gibt es fast jede Nacht ein langanhaltendes, intensives Hundegebell, das manchmal stundenlang anhält. Für 2 Personen ist alles ausreichend vorhanden, für 4 Personen ist es nicht wirklich geeignet. Neben der Einfahrt führt ein kleiner Weg in den Ortsteil unterhalb des Hauses, man kommt da also hin, ohne über die Straße laufen zu müssen (nicht zu empfehlen). Die Einfahrt ist nicht für größere Fahrzeuge geeignet, wenn diese nicht über viel Bodenfreiheit verfügen.

Excellent séjour mais logement à f

Nous sommes globalement satisfaits de notre séjour à Pimonte. Nous avons adoré l’environnement et la vue autour de la maison. Ce qui n’est pas forcément claire sur les photos de l’annonce, c’est que le jardinet se situe à l’avant de la maison et non à l’arrière. Ce n’est pas vraiment un problème car il n’y a absolument pas de passage dans la ruelle. Concernant le logement, nous avons regretté le manque d’équipements et la vétusté de ceux présents. Il n’y a pas de wifi et la connexion téléphone est très moyenne. Le canapé du séjour est très ancien et extrêmement inconfortable. Il manque d’ustensiles et d’équipements de cuisine. (Pas de machine à café, ni lave-linge, ni lave-vaisselle et manque d’équipements culinaires). Ce n’est pas un drame en soit car nous ne passions que nos soirées dans le logement mais par rapport a d’autres maisons que nous avons pu louer et le prix payé, nous nous attendions à mieux.

chers invités, je suis désolé si vous n'avez pas trouvé tout ce dont vous avez besoin, mais je tenais à préciser que la cuisine est équipée de tous les ustensiles et appareils utiles, notamment un grille-pain, un presse-agrumes et une machine à café, ainsi que de la vaisselle. Peut-être que vous n'avez pas vu où ils se trouvent, mais nous sommes toujours disponibles pour tout besoin, il suffit d'appeler. Quant au jardin, je suis désolé que l'emplacement ne soit pas celui que vous souhaitiez ! mais le descriptif précise que le jardin est privatif et se situe à l'entrée de la maison, en fait c'est l'entrée de la villa indépendante. il est également précisé qu'il n'y a pas de Wi-Fi ! à l'arrière, par contre, il y a la terrasse. J'accepte toujours vos évaluations, nous vous remercions de nous avoir choisi et nous sommes désolés si tout n'a pas été parfait pour vous Salut

Rustig verblijf in een drukke omgeving

Zoek je een verblijf tussen de Amalfikust en Pompei, dan is dit een prima optie. Een eigen ruime parkeergelegenheid en een ruim rustig gelegen en net huisje. Hou wel rekening mee dat de afstanden langer duren dan verwacht. Op kleine kronkel weggetjes gaat alles minder snel. Kort om we waren positief verrast over dit verblijf.

Casa così come descritta in foto. Posizionata in collina, abbiamo goduto del fresco notturno. Comoda per visitare sia la costiera amalfitana che quella sorrentina. Padroni di casa gentilissimi e disponibili che ci hanno omaggiato di frutta e verdura . Consigliata. Da ritornarci!!

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Ferienwohnung angetroffen. Großzügig, sauber und mit allem was man braucht ausgestattet. Eine sehr schöne große Terrasse mit Blick in die Berge. Ein Garten mit zwei Liegen und Grillmöglichkeit. In Pimonte oder Castellammare di Stabia findet man die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Die Amalfiküste ist nicht weit. Aufgrund der Straßenverhältnisse empfiehlt es sich aber eine geführte Tour zu machen und das Auto stehen zu lassen. Neapel, Vesuv und Pompeji sind sehr gut mit der Bahn zu erreichen. Marialucia war leider nicht da, der Kontakt fand sehr freundlich über WhatsApp statt und war so auch jederzeit erreichbar. Monica hat uns sehr freundlich empfangen und war auch jederzeit für uns erreichbar.

Qiuet, clean, great views and close to everything

Quiet location in the mountains. However still close enough to visit all interesting sites by car. Appartment is very clean and spacious. The interieur is oldfashion luxury, we thought it was very charming. Good shower! We stayed there first week of May. Nights were cold so we asked for extra blankets wich were delivered the same day. Thank you! Communication was good and vast. Friendly neighbours that brought fresh eggs and lemons. The covered terras is large and good to spend time outside in the cool shadow. We visited with my mother of 85. The only advise would be a little better sofa or some relax chairs for extra comfort after a busy day. Great place, would definitly recommend it.
