2 room apartment, ideal for 4 people. Comfortable, secluded, located in residential area, close to a bike path and close to amenities. Open kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge with freezer, coffee maker, washing machine and air conditioning in the living room. 1 sofa bed (140 cm), flat screen TV. Shower and separate WC. On the floor 1 attic room with 1 bed (140cm) and 1 mezzanine with 2 single beds (75 cm).

Toller Urlaub

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Die Gegend ist einfach wunderschön. Andere Orte mit dem Auto schnell zu erreichen. Der schöne Sanstrand in nur ist nur paar Minuten mit Auto oder Fahrrad zu erreichen . Die Gastgeber super freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Wonderful stay

Perfect location to stay for traveling throughout Provence. The description of the property was accurate and the hosts were responsive, caring, and accommodating . This was a wonderful place to relax and sip some rosé and regenerate days at the vineyards and the beaches.

Cadre idéal pour une petite famille

Petit lieu de vie parfaitement optimisé avec son studio en dupleix et son espace extérieur bien pensé (hamac, salon de jardin, transats, douche, brumisateurs), très agréable pour les enfants. Piste cyclable à la sortie du lotissement. Mer à 15/20min en vélos que José propose de louer en option, ce qui est bien pratique. Vacances très reposantes dans ce petit coin à l'écart du centre-ville, mais avec tout le nécessaire à disposition.

Vacances réussies

José a été un hôte charmant et très attentionné . Le logement est petit mais agréable, fonctionnel et très propre. La chambre mansardée est basse de plafond mais adaptée pour deux enfants. L'extérieur est un vrai plus qui permet de prendre les repas, la douche, de se reposer sur les transats. L'environnement est très calme. Les vélos loués nous ont permis de profiter au maximum du séjour sans avoir à prendre beaucoup la voiture: nous avons pu aller à la plage de Bormes et du Lavandou, ainsi qu'au centre-ville du lavandou en vélo. Nous avons été satisfaits du logement.

Un endroit charmant aménagé avec beaucoup de goût. Le propriétaire est très disponible et met tout en œuvre pour que le séjour soit agréable. Des supers vacances ! Merci !

Casa semplicemente fantastica!

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo! La casa è nuova e si vede, è arredata squisitamente ed è molto funzionale. Nella sala da pranzo c'è un bel divano comodo, una TV a schermo piatto con molti canali, aria condizionata e ventilatore, poi l'angolo cottura ha i fornelli a induzione e un bel piano con tagliere. Le camere sono al piano superiore e sono belle anch'esse. E in più c'è un bello spazio fuori con sdraio tavolo amaca, e la macchina si posteggia esattamente davanti. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo ed era sempre a nostra disposizione, abitando nella casa a fianco. La casa è oltretutto in un punto strategico, 10 minuti da 3 spiagge splendide, Cabasson, Estagnol e Pelegrin, 10 minuti da Bormes-village e vicina a La Londe les Maures e Le Lavandou. La consiglio non vivamente, di più!!!

Une belle surprise et un bon séjour.

Bonne adresse autant pour le calme que pour l'aménagement intérieur. Tout est bien pensé et réalisé avec le sens de l'harmonie. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et serviables. Aucun reproche à formuler, à conseiller sans hésitation.
