The apartment is located in a large complex with 24 hour security and has wonderful sub tropical gardens, a choice of two large swimming pools one north and one south of central area with lifeguards and children´s pools (both pools are open 01 June to Mid September, 1 pool is open for limited hours Mid to End of May and Mid to End of September). Sun loungers are provided.

There is a day time cafe/night time restaurant providing delicious refreshments on site as well as 4 padel tennis courts, a basketball court and a children´s play area as well as a cashpoint.

This beautiful apartment is serviced by air-conditioning or heating and has marble floors throughout. There is a lounge/dining room with corner suite and dining table for 6 that leads out onto a spacious terrace. It was recently refurnished throughout and is comfortable and well equipped. Apart from the living room and kitchen, there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed and two twin bedded. The master bedroom has an en suite bathroom and there is a shared bathroom for the twin bedded rooms.

The lounge has a large flat screen TV with an Amazon Firestick allowing you to access your Apps eg Netflix and terrestrial Spanish stations, a DVD player and an iPod docking sound system for those who enjoy bringing their own music.

The spacious terrace is fully tiled and provides an ideal place to relax at the end of a long day; there is also an al fresco dining area for those lovely summer nights and sun loungers for those who don´t want to go too far. The property is equipped with a highchair, travel cot and changing mat for those with young children. Hire of strollers or car seats are available on request for an additional fee.

Golf at extremely competitive prices is available from numerous local courses, such as La Dama De Noche course which is just next door, Los Naranjos and La Quinta to name a few. For those who like to stay close to home, the kitchen has an induction hob and oven as well as a microwave. There is also a dishwasher and washing machine. Bed linen, towels and beach towels are provided.
