Close to free beaches and equipped beaches, it is located in a quiet area away from traffic, ideal for those in search of tranquility and clean air.

Molto consigliato

L'alloggio di Enzo è molto più bello rispetto all'impressione che ci avevano suscitato le foto nel sito. La casa è funzionale e dai grandi spazi, non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio. Il contesto è tranquillo e molto vicino al mare, raggiungibile facilmente anche a piedi. Enzo è molto disponibile ad aiutare in caso di necessità e ha offerto anche degli spunti per delle attività da fare durante la vacanza. Molto apprezzata la disponibilità a venirci incontro con l'orario del check-in, comprensivo delle nostre difficoltà per il lungo viaggio intrapreso.

Tutto bene posizione ottima anche x visitare i dintorni. Spazi della casa ottimi. Da rivedere gli arredi. Consigliato il climatizzatore. Vacanza bellissima.

Haus mit viel Platz

Haus in absolut ruhiger Lage etwas abseits der schönen Strände. Ein Auto ist unbedingt empfehlenswert, auch um Apulien zu erkunden. Die Aussendusche ist besonders toll, schön auch die beiden Terrassen, die man je nach Sonnenstand nutzen kann. Ein gepflegter Garten mit Brunnen rund ums Haus. Auch sehr positiv: Mülltrennung wird hier groß geschrieben. Das Haus selbst bietet Platz genug für 5 Personen. Alles ist vorhanden, was man braucht. Die Fenster sind glücklicherweise alle mit Fliegengitter versehen und haben die Mücken draußen gelassen. Für den deutschen Gast fehlen nur einige Tassen in normaler "deutscher" Größe sowie eine Kaffeemaschine. Wir haben es aber auch so hinbekommen, hatten einen normalen Kaffeefilter mitgenommen. Alles gut. Ein besonderer Dank geht an die Vermieter Enzo und Viviana, sehr nett und sehr freundlich. Italienisch sollte man schon können, das macht vieles einfacher, mit englisch geht es aber notfalls auch. Im Ganzen ein gelungener Aufenthalt im tiefsten Süden Italiens.

Casa pulita e spaziosa

I proprietari Enzo e Viviana ci hanno accolto con cordialità e disponibilità. La casa è fornita di tutto il necessario (anche di ventilatori, indispensabili nelle giornate più calde!). Punti di forza: parcheggio privato; doccia esterna; pergola e portico attrezzati per mangiare all'aperto. Facilmente risolvibile la questione relativa all'acqua di rubinetto non potabile (perché di cisterna, non erogata da acquedotto) con l'acquisto di un paio di casse d'acqua in più. Il mare della zona è semplicemente incantevole e facile da raggiungere.

Una bella vacanza

Ho affittato questa villa per una settimana e devo esprimere un giudizio molto positivo sulla struttura abitativa e sulle spiagge frequentate. La casa si presenta fornita di tutti gli accessori per un gradevole soggiorno. Abbiamo pranzato e cenato sotto il pergolato passando momenti molto gradevoli. Il giardino posto all'ingresso della villa è pieno di alberi e piante che danno un senso di freschezza. Le tre camere da letto sono grandi e tenendo le imposte chiuse durante il passaggio del sole forniscono la possibilità di dormire tranquillamente al fresco senza avvertire il caldo. Le due verande si prestano ad ogni tipo di riposo o di solarium. La zona si presenta tranquilla ed è posta sul promontorio di Torre Ovo da dove si può ammirare uno splendido tramonto sul mare. Bellissime le spiaggie ed il mare che già conoscevo ma che ha enormemente apprezzato per la trasparenza ed i suoi bellissimi colori. Un ringraziamento al proprietario per la sua disponibilità e discrezione. Ci torneremo sicuramente appena possibile
