Our villa is located in front of the sea with a panoramic view of a landscape that is always in motion from sunrise to sunset a spectacle that is always different and very moving, the sunsets are a great sight <br>Our villa is comfortable with the very quick feeling of feeling at home.<br>The villa can accommodate 12 people. <br>On the ground floor: 2 living rooms and a dining room with sea views, the living room extends onto a 35 m2 terrace. Fitted kitchen, separate toilet and shower, garage and laundry room. <br>On the 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (two on the seafront), 1 living room facing the sea opening onto a 15m2 terrace, 2 bathrooms with toilets, one of which forms a private set with one of the bedrooms, a bedroom on the terrace. On the roof a terrace with panoramic views of the sea and the reserve. A trusted caretaker living in the immediate vicinity takes care of general maintenance and can respond to any concerns. His wife can be employed to keep the premises running and can, on request, prepare traditional cuisine. Possible activities in the surrounding area: visit of the ornithological reserve alone or with a guide, fishing, hiking or 4x4, surfing (initiation and equipment rental), golf (40 minutes away), two restaurants in the immediate vicinity.
