Brand new kitchen with all appliances; living room with three-seater sofa and armchair, new furniture, LCD TV, cherry wood table with six very special chairs, another small table at the entrance with wicker chairs. Air conditioning. Large bay window facing the sea. The master bedroom has a large wardrobe, bedside tables, chest of drawers and wrought iron bed. The bedroom has two beds (bunk), wardrobe and bedside table. In the large bathroom, in addition to the sanitary facilities, there is a shower cubicle and a washing machine as well as a cabinet.
