Puerto Aventuras condo description: ‘ReHa Trust’

Puerto Del Mar I, Units 19, 20 & 21, also known as ‘ReHa Trust’, is a waterfront, ground level, two-bedroom condo in a prime location at the point of the Privada Xelha peninsula overlooking the inlet from the Caribbean and open water. Close enough to the main village to be a short convenient walk, but far enough to be relieved of the noise and hustle/bustle. Puerto Del Mar I complex is located about a 4-minute walk from the Dolphin Discovery, the boat marina, the golf course, and all of the shops and restaurants. When you are staying at ‘ReHa Trust’ all of the major attractions in PA are within a short walking distance - you will not need a car or a golf cart. There is, however, a private parking lot with a designated parking space for your convenience.
Simply stated, ‘ReHa Trust’ has one of the best locations for a two-bedroom condo in Puerto Aventuras, and Puerto Aventuras is really the very best community on the Riviera Maya.
‘ReHa Trust’ is a large 1700 square foot ground level condo, consisting of 3 units opening into two bedrooms, a living room with a well-equipped kitchen, a utility room and 3.0 full bathrooms. Tastefully decorated to be functional and comfortable, this is a great condo for families with children or couples.
The master bedroom is quite large, and it offers beautiful views from a breakfast table in the enclosed alcove up front. It has a 2 matrimonial size double beds and an adjacent kitchenette with east facing windows looking toward the patio and open water. Two entrances including a marina sliding glass door will allow you direct access from the master bedroom onto the patio and then the pool area. A separate AC control, ceiling fan and a 40-inch TV make this room very comfortable. The master bathroom has a marble shower over tub.
The second bedroom has two twin beds and a queen size bed and again has two entrances – one to the outside and the other connecting to the main living room. This is the quietest and coolest room in the condo, most often used by the children as their own special living space. It has a 40-inch TV with DVD player for movies, ceiling fan and again separate AC control. This unit has a full bath with a marble walk in shower. There is a washer and dryer here in the utility closet.
The main room off the patio is the living room with kitchen. Appointed with a wall unit, sofa, large 55-inch TV, kitchen table: this room also has 2 entrances which you will likely access most often. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals with the dishes and utensils for your sit-down family dinner. Includes two ceiling fans and separate climate control for comfort. There is a round picnic table on the patio for outdoor dinners or relaxing playing games. There is a murphy bed in the wall unit for that extra guest and this unit also has its own separate bathroom with a marble walk in shower. On the patio are appropriate lounge and upright chairs with cushions.
The condo is equipped with boosted Wi-Fi service and each room has its own Smart TV. You can use Netflix, Amazon, HULU or any other streaming service you may have an account with. There is also a large library of movies on hand to play via the DVD player. We do not allow smoking in the condo!
When you are staying in ‘ReHa Trust’ you are always just about 20 yards from the pool with a waist high stone wall separating the patio from the open water of the Marina. The unit is also perfectly oriented to the winter sun so that when the sun rises over the Caribbean it shines directly onto our patio and then through the sliding glass doors into the living room and master bedroom. What a great way to greet the new day! (Of course, we also have room retracting blinds to control sunlight and to assure privacy).
What makes it great for families is that there is outside space on a private patio which is enclosed on 3 sides for kid control!
The beach access is at the Puerto Aventuras Beach Hotel – the largest and finest powder white sand beach in Puerto Aventuras and, frankly, one of the most perfect beaches in the world. It is perfectly safe for kids, and absolutely incredible for swimming and snorkeling. Rent a beach chair or buy a margarita and you will be set for the day. There is an outdoor shower, a large pool, a swim up bar and bathrooms. Kids love to paint pottery at the stand on the beach which will become your keepsakes from your PA vacation.

The Condo is very clean, functional and comfortable - it is a family condo, used almost exclusively by extended family members. Rentals to outsiders are limited to available times and considerate guests. This is a second home to family and is shared with the expectation that it will be treated appropriately.
