A beautiful condo situated in the gated community of Puerto Aventuras. 3 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms sleeps 6 ... Fully equiped condo offers peaceful and tranquil surroundings. The building has 2 elevators and the building also has a reverse-osmosis filtration system so the water is safe to drink, shower and cook with. There are 2 pools, there is direct beach access and kayaks available for use and free Wifi. To get to town is an easy stroll up the beach and through the Omni hotel lobby or a 10 min walk around the neighborhood.

We had a great stay at this condo in Mexico. The view overlooking the pool and beach was beautiful and something we enjoyed every day. The condo itself was very nice and spacious, with plenty of room for our group to relax comfortably.We did experience a few minor issues with the bathroom sinks, but the owner was extremely responsive and quick to communicate, which we really appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay in a great location.

Great unit and location.

The property was exactly as advertised. Right om the beach and very close to the marina. Stayed with two college sons and worked perfectly. Jane and Oscar were very communicative. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Combination

Jane was a wonderful Host and you won’t find a better or more helpful Condo Property Manager than Oscar. The location of Quinta del Sol on a great beach was second to none we’ve stayed at, as was the pool, the grounds and cleanliness of the building and property which was maintained by friendly hardworking men and women. We enjoyed many nights soaking up the views on the spacious balcony. All in all so many things and people we met over our 31/2 months at Quinta del Sol made it a hard place to leave

Wonderful stay at Quinta del sol in Puerto Aventuras!

We had a incredible time on our vacation to Puerto Aventuras. It’s our second time staying at Quinta de sol but our first time staying in this condo. Jane was quick to answer any questions we had regarding the condo or just the area in general. The condo was great! The balcony overlooking the big pool is large and it has an awesome view. It was comfortable and big enough for eight of us. Oscar, the property manager, was very attentive to our inquiries and requests. Overall, an amazing vacation. We are already looking forward to our next trip to Puerto Aventuras and we will try and book this condo again if it’s available.

Great experience

The condo was great. Two of the bedrooms were super cool with the beautiful brick arched ceilings. The third one was small but did the job. Kitchen was well equipped as we cooked a ton and cut up q bunch of fruit from the farmers market. We spent a ton of time on the balcony where it faced the pool and had a view of the ocean. The pool was even better in person and adults loved hanging by the pool on the side of the ocean. It was really nice to sit by the pool, which was so close to the Caribbean Sea. The location was awesome. And Jane was super easy to work with. We’d do it again for sure.

Great Customer Service

I was there for a month, shortly after hurricane Beryl. Within one month they had to fix/replace 3 of the a/c units. Jane (owner) Oscar (property manager) were all over it. The refigerator with 10+ days to go started putting water on the kitchen floor. Discussed with Oscar that it was probably the plug/drain but nothing ever done. Had to keep on changing out towels on the floor. Towels and some linens had been bleached or discolored. The liners for the shower curtains were basically torn off the rod. The place itself was in a good location for me. A small view of the ocean. My preference for the inside is bright and airy. This unit had a lot of dark wood. The kitchen utensils need to be refreshed. Old scarred pots and pans. A big jumble under the counter when I arrived. Cleaning supplies commingled with with food products under the counter. While I enjoyed Puerto Aventuras, as well as how quick Jane/Oscar responded to requests. The problems were overwheming for a 30 day visit as well as the place needing a major update. For me this made the property over priced.

Loved our stay

The condo was very comfortable and it is close to restaurants and bars. It was easy to get groceries from a well stocked grocery store. The local fruit and vegetable market was a pleasure to shop at. We enjoyed the pools in the condo complex and relaxed on the beach. Jane was a very attentive host. We are looking forward to returning next year.

Relaxing Stay on the Beach

If you love being right on the beach, this condo is unbeatable! Our family of 6 had plenty of space, and the kitchen was well-equipped for basic meal prep. Restaurant options were a short walk away for dinners out. We rented a car so we could get out for day trips. The only note I have is that we had hoped to do some work and the internet was not sufficient to support 2-3 of us working at the same time. It may have been a temporary issue. Jane was amazing with communication and we had everything we needed!

No Regrets!

We are so glad we chose this condo. I am sure you will be too. Location was perfect for us (we used a fishing company just a short walk away and enjoyed the restaurants within walking distance without the hassle of a huge resort). The condo is well kept, very clean and had everything we needed to cook breakfast before taking off for the day. It was also quite. It is situated where you can enjoy the veranda but not really be aware of neighbors close by. My favorite part is the large dining room table where the whole family played cards and games every evening laughing and creating life long memories. Jane is super to work with, answering every question and concern prior to booking, after booking and while we were there. I definitely recommend. Thank you Jane- we hope to visit again!

Home away from home

We stayed in this condo for six weeks from January to March. This is one of the most sought after complexes in Puerto Aventuras. This is why we return year after year. This 3 bedroom condo had everything we needed for a long stay. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen adequately supplied . Everything worked well. We cooked in many nights and went out others. Jane contacted us several times making sure everything was ok. Wow Who else does that ? I never had an owner check in if I did not contact them., I did have a few suggestions for future renters, which she took care of right away. All in all this condo met our needs. And we really enjoyed our stay. We will back again if it is available .

The facility was par excellence. The condo was relaxed, extremely clean, convenient for the beach and shops and had all amenities anyone would need for a great time such as kayaks and paddle boards for the guests to use. The pools are scrumptious and have varied water temperatures according to your likes. The hostess/owner Jane is always timely, polite, and extremely helpful. We were new to the area but by the time we were ready to embark on our journey I had a great feel for the local area from maps and written instructions provided to us by her. In short, if you want a clean, safe relaxing vacation.......this is the place.

Jane is the best!

We stayed in Jane’s condo for 6 months, and she was always checking up to make sure we had everything we needed. Her property manager Oscar did an incredible job of maintaining the property and was very professional. The pool and grounds were always looked after, and the common areas were very clean.

We had a great time at this place. It was super clean, very quiet, well equipped, great for families, right next to two great pools, and a short walk to the beach and Puerto Aventuras town area. Nearby grocery store was perfect. I wouldn't say the beach near the property was spectacular, but I sort of expected that coming in. Fortunately it is conveniently located near great beaches and a lot of other great sights between Playa del Carmen and Tulum. Jane was very responsive to all of our questions. Would love to go back someday!

Great beachfront property.

My family of seven stayed at Quinta del Sol for two weeks. We really enjoyed the condo and we made great family memories. The condo was really clean, kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals, there was plenty of towels and beach towels to use, and we really enjoyed the balcony. We also enjoyed the pools. Many times when we used the pools, we were the only ones there, we were told June is low season, therefore not a lot a people in the property around that time. Puerto Aventuras itself is a great tourist complex and is very safe to walk to the restaurants. We bought groceries at Chedraui (Grocery store) which is across the highway, and cooked mostly breakfast and lunch during our stay. We usually ate out for dinner. The restaurants in Puerto Aventuras are Ok, I found the food to be good, but not great. We are a bit more adventurous so we like to explore other places to eat such as Playa del Carmen, Tulum, and Akumal. We like to eat where the locals eat. For us it is usually better and cheaper. Another thing that I would like to mention is the beach. The beach in Puerto Aventuras is really pretty, but there are many rocks. Is great for kids because is very shallow and there are wave breakers about 40 feet into the ocean. I recommend taking water shoes to go in the water if you decide to go further into the ocean. My son and I had a lot of fun using the kayaks at the property. I cannot conclude this review without mentioning how great Jane was, she was very attentive and always responded promptly to all of our questions. Oscar, and all the employees always took care of things while we were there. Overall, we had a very memorable experience at Quinta del Sol, I really recommend this property to anybody that wants to enjoy a peaceful time, that wants to feel safe, and to families with young children. I hope to return next year, hopefully for one month.

Great Vacation

Beautiful pool and beach area just a short walk away. The warmest ocean water we have ever been in. Very quiet complex, friendly staff and residents and very good restaurants close by. Also large market for food shopping right across highway from complex.

Perfect Spring Break Vacation.

Our family with three teenagers just spent a week in PA for spring break. The condo was comfortable and spacious and the balcony was perfect for relaxing or eating meals ( got delicious chocolate croissants and coffee every morning for breakfast from a bakery in the village). This vacation was a perfect mix of calm and relaxation, mixed in with action. The condo was quiet and we were often the only ones at the pool even though it was the week of spring break. No need to fight for a chair like you do in large resorts. The pool water was warm and we had a beautiful view on the ocean. The condo is a short walk to the PA village center which was full of life. Had dinner in the village every night. All meals were delicious made from fresh ingredients. We felt safe letting our teens walk from the condo to the village by themselves in the evening and they appreciated the independence. We rented a car and easily travelled to Tulum and Xel Ha and Cenotes. Jane was a pleasure to work with and always quickly responded to all our questions. We would definitely go back!

Wonderful Winter Getaway

We stayed for 2 months in this Quinta Del Sol condo in Puerto Aventuras. This was our second time in PA and it was just as enjoyable as the first. The condo was comfortable and met all our needs. The location can't be beat, right on Fatima bay and a 5 min walk to all the shops and restaurants in PA. Oscar, the property manager and his staff are friendly and always there to answer questions or help out if needed. Jane, the condo owner, was fantastic to work with. She always responded quickly to our questions and concerns. She was very understanding and solved any issues quickly. The condo amenities are great and we made good use of the kayaks provided by the condo and enjoyed the pools, grounds and the beautiful beach just steps away. The bay water is usually warm and clear and great for snorkelling. PA provides easy access to any attractions along the Cancun-Tulum corridor. There is a Chedraui store just a 20 min walk from the condo plus a twice weekly farmer's market in town for all your grocery needs. There are a dozen or so restaurants in the downtown area. Although we prepared and ate most of our meals at the condo (the sunsets were gorgeous from the large balcony), the resaurants we dined at were great. We hope to be back many times to this beautiful spot. Thank you Jane and Oscar!

This place is a gem!

It's been more than a week since we returned from our 8-day stay at Jane's condo in Puerto Aventuras, and my 6 year-old is still telling me she misses our "Mexico house"! Don't hesitate to book this place, it's really perfect. We were agonizing a little as we had our hearts set on Quinta Maya - which is right next door and could easily be mistaken as part of the same complex - but we needed a 3 BR and the only one available that week was out of our budget. Turned out to be our good fortune as the condo and pools at Quinta Del Sol ended up being much larger than we were expecting while Quinta Maya's looked smaller and more crowded. It's the same beach, the same short and scenic stroll down the beach to the center/stores/restaurants, only with more space and much nicer pools. Jane's condo is wonderfully supplied including many beach stay niceties I never would have thought about like toys for building sand castles, coolers, pool noodles, candles and a bar fridge on the balcony (where we ended up spending most of our time and eating every meal). I had inquired about a blender for making margaritas, and Jane even asked Oscar to buy one for us before we arrived. (P.S. Jane - someone must have left you one before as you now have 2!) The condo is very comfortable and even though the kitchen is small, it has nice appliances and everything you need to cook at home - even a George Forman grill to use out on the balcony! With only the screen doors shut there is such a nice breeze we rarely even used the AC, but there are 3 independent systems and the condo cools in moments want you need it. Everything about this stay was easy, better than advertised, and there were no surprises. Jane is great, Oscar is great, and everyone we met at Quinta Del Sol was interesting and friendly. We will definitely be back! Also, Pelican Point is not to be missed! Puerto Aventuras has plenty of fun, funky restaurants with ambience and good food. But this is a surprisingly nice restaurant that will stand up to even the most discerning foodies.

Love condo in P.A.

Spent 5 weeks at the Quinta del sol Condo. We had a wonderful time. The condo met most of our needs. The condo was spacious well furnished and comfortable. We eat all of our meals on the large balcony . The balcony looks down on the courtyard pool area. The grounds are very well maintained. Also pool on the oceanfront area. The whole area of PA in very good for family vacations e.g. Dolphins, Seals & Manatees. Most of our grandchildren came for a visit and they just loved their time there. The area is safe and great for walking. We took the colectivos to Playa del Carmon, Tulum and to the Cenote . Very cheap and dependable Aprox. C$2.50pp. Good grocery store just outside the complex, walkable and take taxi back to complex. Restaurants in complex very reasonable. We ear out every other night and took the grandchildren for gelato every night. The Marina area at night is great and has a nice atmosphere . Our condo owner was very helpful in answering our questions and concerns .Hope to return in the years to come. Thanks Jane

Comfortable Unit, Great Complex, Amazing community

We had a great time at Quinta del Sol! We are a family of 5 with teenagers and found the rate, furnishings and size to fit our family well. As with other reviews the Wireless was spotty, but accommodations were made to help us when we really needed it! The beach is not one that you will walk for miles, which makes it great for kids to explore and feel independence! We rented a golf cart as well from Bamboo smoothies and would recommend this for sure. Not that you would need one, but it just added to the experience! Jane the owner was always so responsive and helpful with answers to our questions. Would definitely return again! Enjoy!

I purchased the condo to enjoy the simple way of life in Puerto Aventuras. It's so peaceful yet just minutes away, you have an amazing small town feel while strolling along the promanade in the center of town. Come and enjoy it as much as I do.
