Comfortable house, 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 separate wc, lounge with fireplace, kitchen, dining room, terrace with garden furniture and barbecue; ground floor renovated in 2014.
Near Troyes, Chaumont, Saint Dizier, Vitry le François, Nigloland.

Lovely stay with the family

Lovely spacious home with large garden. Easy self check in and lots of information in advance and in the property. We recommend lunch/diner at La grange aux abeilles

Chamante maison de campagne très spacieuse. Les toiles d'araignées et les mouches mortes ne contribuent cependant pas à l'ambiance bucolique surtout dans la cuisine. Le jardin est aussi très grand mais on est bien éloigné de Versailles. Sympa mais au final trop cher pour la prestation.

Bonjour, Etant absente lors de votre sejour j ai préparé la maison une dizaine de jours avant. Ce laps de temps est suffisant, dans une maison ancienne à la campagne, pourque la faune locale reprenne ses droits araignées et mouches en particulier. J en suis désolée et veuillez m en excuser. Concernant les extérieurs la canicule nous a empêchée de tondre .

Nous avons passé un super weekend dans le gîte des 3 sillons. Le gite est très bien équipé. Nous étions 12 personnes et nous avions la place nécessaire en intérieur comme en extérieur. Nous recommandons ce gîte.

Heel fijn. Mooie omgeving. Oud huis, basic, groot genoeg voor 3 grote gezinnen. Kassen en kamers aan renovatie toe. En niet proper bij aankomst. Zeker in de kasten en schuiven.

Parfait pour un séjour familial

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de 4 jours en famille dans ce logement. La maison est bien située (proche du lac de Der, des commerces), conforme au descriptif, propre et parfaitement équipé pour un séjour familial. La communication avec la propriétaire a été fluide et agréable, avec des réponses rapides et claires. Nous recommandons ce logement sans hésiter !

Grande demeure typique optimale pour une grande famille avec animaux

Étions 13 avec 3 chiens à Noël: on ne se marche pas dessus! Très bonne literie! Les seuls bémols: l’évier de la cuisine qui se bouche souvent, les bas de portes qui frottent au sol, avec les poignées qui grincent. A part cela: gîte spacieux, grand terrain clos, bien situé: nickel pour une grande famille avec animaux. Très bien Qualité / prix.

Week end en famille

Nous avons passé un super week end en famille avec plusieurs enfants mais comme la maison et le jardin et grand on api profiter tous. La maison super propre rare à trouver. Le descriptif claire facile à trouver. On va revenir avec plaisir mais la prochaine fois pour plus longtemps :)

We de decouvertes

Nous avons loué cette très charmante maison pour un we entre amis et famille, pour admirer les grues en migration au lac du Der. Spectacle merveilleux.❤️❤️❤️ Le gîte des 3 sillons est une grande et très belle maison, il n'y manque rien.👍👍 Très spacieuse et bien située pour découvrir aussi les environs.Madame Christine Mottet la propriétaire est très précise dans les explications en ce qui concerne le gîte etc.... La maison doit être bien agréable l'été aussi,il y a un grand terrain clôturé. Vous pouvez réserver vous ne le regretterez pas.😊😊😊

Un week end parfait

Nous avons passé un excellent week end. La maison est idéale pour loger une grande famille, avec des espaces permettant soit de se retrouver tous ensemble, soit d'avoir un espace pour effectuer une activité. De nombreuses activités et des conseils sont disponibles dans la location, si les idées venaient à manquer. Merci pour ce lieu qui nous a permis de vivre un excellent week end.

Tolle ruhige Gegend

Wir waren mit zwei Familien in diesem Haus. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lac du Der und Nigloland waren der Knaller. Ebenso der Kletterpark beim Lac du Der. Das Haus war sehr sauber und hatte unserer Meinung ein klasse Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.

Grande maison familiale très bien équipée

Nous avons bien apprécié le gite pour un week-end de retrouvailles entre amis. Très bien équipé, nous avons pu faire la cuisine comme à la maison avec de bon petits plats ! Les chambres sont bien spacieuses et confortables. Le lac du Der est tout proche et le jardin et parfait pour jouer au foot avec de jeunes enfants. La propriétaire a rapidement répondu à nos questions et nous avons pu arriver et partir aux horaires de notre choix. 4 étoiles et pas 5 du fait du style d’ameublement et de décoration rustique sauf pour la sdb du rdc qui est rénovée et parfaite ( avec douche à l’italienne)
