The farmhouse, built entirely of stone in the late 19th century, was renovated in 2015 and is located 500 metres from Punta Secca Beach, famous for the television episodes featuring Inspector Montalbano.
The large main house (280 square metres) is ideal for 8 people. It consists of: a spacious entry hall, dining room, living room with a fireplace, kitchen, laundry room, and 4 comfortable double bedrooms, all completely separate and with private bathrooms. All rooms are air-conditioned to ensure maximum comfort in both summer and winter.
Guests can enjoy a large furnished outdoor area both at the front of the house, next to the living room, where there is a patio that provides shade and a gentle breeze even on the hottest summer days, and at the back, next to the kitchen, where the house opens onto a large plot of land where an olive grove has recently been planted.
In the middle of the front garden, there is also a bowling alley.
Casale Vignazze is the ideal place for a large family, but also for several families or groups of friends, since each room is independent, with its own entrance from the outside and a private bathroom, ensuring maximum privacy.
Dogs and cats are welcome on the grounds surrounding the house.
The property is located on a farm where we grow vegetables in a greenhouse.
On the same property, there is another house—separate from the one being rented—where we usually stay when the family is in Punta Secca.
In the centre of the building is the old millstone, a term referring to the place where the grapes were pressed and the must fermented; it is a single room measuring about 300 square metres that is used for conferences, receptions, and tastings.
