Large, sunny and bright with beautiful views of the pond and fountains from lanai, bedroom and living room/kitchen. Available for snowbird rental or annual. Near all shops, cafes, restaurants and malls. 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes from Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel and Captiva. Friendly community with activities, holiday parties..... always something to do and someone to do it with. All updated bathrooms, tile throughout all except two carpets in bedrooms. Emotional support pets permitted. No smoking. Toasty warm pool - usually 87-88 degrees. Minutes to all malls, restaurants, cafes, theaters, and fam out brand stores - a shoppers paradise. $1850 April - October and $2200 winter months

DO NOT RENT

Diane James ( owner ) is impossible to work with. Place flooded and was full of BLACK MOLD was inhabitable the last 37 DAYS . We had to move out and refuses to refund money. She does not have renters she has VICTIMS When we moved in the placenter was dirty. DO NOT RENT ! ! !
