Modern Ground Floor Apartment - Great Location

This fully air-conditioned apartment has 2 bedrooms, one double and one with 2 single beds. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you would expect (washing machine/oven etc) and living room area with 2 sofa’s, dining table and an internet tv for you to enjoy your Soaps/Films etc. The apartment has just had new private internet access installed and this is available for you to use for the duration of your stay. The property has the advantage of a private outside area with a table/chairs/sun loungers for you to enjoy as well as 2 large shared swimming pools and a children's paddling pool. The apartment also has it’s own car parking space available for you to use.
Mandria Village is a 10 minute drive from Paphos Airport and has everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. The apartment is situated within a rural area and is only a 10 min walk away from the heart of the village where you will find tavernas and restaurant's that appeal to all. You will also find a convenience store, medical centre and cab station. Buses operate from the village daily and can take you into Paphos town/harbour. The unspoilt local beach is a leisurely stroll away and has a beach bar.
This is an ideal location for a relaxing holiday with the back drop of mountain views in the distance and plenty of village charm. This is an apartment not to be missed and will be part of a really enjoyable holiday for all.

Have stayed in this apartment for many years now. This is an ideal location and close to the airport. Car recommended, although the village with restaurants are within walking distance. Apartment was very clean on arrival and the owner responded to questions promptly. Would definitely recommend

Perfect for our needs. 10 mins from airport, 20 mins to Paphos Local shop & restaurants in the village just 10 min walk Apartment is clean and well looked after with all that you need in a quiet location with two large swimming pools The owner is quick to respond to any issues/questions. Would definitely recommend

Our Stay In Mandria

A nice property, with all the gear you need for a stay. Situated in a nice corner of the development. Easy 10 min walk to the town with plenty of restaurants and tavernas. We did not manage to find a bike hire, but it did not diminish the experience. Caught the local bus to Paphos a few times. Overall a great experience. We would go again.

Comfortably furnished, like home from home.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, equipped with everything you should need for a terrific holiday. A lot of thought has gone in to fitting it out with beautiful furniture and equipment. Can’t fault the apartment at all. The lady who looks after the apartment is really lovely and helpful. We would be more than happy to recommend this as a great holiday apartment and will be happy to return in the future.

Honest Opinion

The apartment was adequate although initially, hard to find. We were expecting a relaxing holiday by the pool but was very disappointed that the pool was totally unusable, the pool was low in water, had no filtration, was full of green algae, flies & leaves! In fact a health hazard. The communal grounds were neglected and the complex was tired. Luckily we had hired a car so we were able to travel to other areas. One good factor is that Mandria centre/square is simply lovely!

Lovely apartment. Had Wveryrging we needed for our 11 night stay. Host was always on hand should we need anything. Pool was amazing. Nearby beach was lovely for a change to the pool with a great beach bar for drinks 😁. All in all a fabulous little place.

Just as described. Only minus was WiFi couldn’t hardly worked .

Everything we needed , good location between village and sea . We’ve stayed in Mandria 3 times previous so knew what to expect. A nice quiet place but a nice lively couple of bars and restaurants in village. Met a few ex-pats we know from previous trips. Apartment was great everything we needed was provided. A few steps to a pool which most of time was empty. Only minus was WiFi and tv couldn’t get them. This was a minor problem which in no way ruined our time there. I contacted owner about this for the future. Contact with owner was excellent . All in all we had a great time and are definitely thinking of a return visit . Thank you. Paul and Liza Smith. Holiday with close access to a near always empty pool area. Possible to relax even with kids in pool as deckchairs provided. outdoor table and chairs made it easy to spend time outside. Big plus is the beach towels that are provided. Service 100% and will definitely stay again

Mandria is simply perfect and the apartment is located in the perfect position. It’s a ten min walk to the local village which has 5 lovely restaurants/shop/bars, ten mins walk in the other direction to the beach bar and ten mins drive into Paphos. The apartment has absolutely everything you need and more. It was clean and on arrival we received a little welcome pack inc wine and delights... even ice in the freezer. The kitchen was stocked with plenty essentials such as Bin bags, toilet rolls, tea, coffee, salt , pepper, oil and more... small thing like that make a difference. We has one small issue but that was quickly resolved. Many thanks for having us. And thank you Rosemarie for your help. See you again... hopefully!!

Appartement neuf et très bien équipé avec une belle piscine :)

J'ai passé de très bonnes vacances à Chypre (Paphos) notamment dans Mandria Village. La hôte Rosemarie est une personne super agréable, adorable et surtout serviable, toujours là en cas de besoin. L'appartement est très propre, belle décoration, et très bien équipé pour la cuisine, le ménage, de quoi s'asseoir en terrasse face à la piscine. Nickel! C'est un lieu apaisant, relaxant, sans aucun soucis. Quelques restaurants a proximité du village (Excellent Fish & Chips, Restaurant Chinois et Indien, Kebab, burger, bar). Le seul point négatif c'est le fait que nous n'étions pas véhiculé donc nous marchions 10 à 15 min à pied sous un soleil tapant de l'appartement jusqu'à l'arrêt de bus pour aller à la plage, paphos center.. et les horaires ne sont pas réguliers donc il a fallut vérifier tous les jours sur internet. Petit conseil: soyez véhiculé ! car les taxis sont trop cher (30 € pour 5 min... abusé quand même). Surtout dès que vous arrivez à l'aéroport les taxis ont un prix fixe 30 € que ce soit pour un trajet de 5 min ou 40 min... donc n'hésitez pas à prendre une voiture en location (EUROPCAR ou autres...) ça reviendra largement moins chère ou sinon le bus. Pour finir, nous sommes très heureux d'avoir pris cet appartement et d'avoir rencontré Rosemarie.

We loved this apartment and would readily recommend it to any travellers from 2-4 people. It was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed including a cooler bag to take on day trips. Some supplies were in the apartment on arrival - we could make a coffee/tea and even have a glass of wine. The owners mum is readily available to assist with any queries, concerns, issues and recommendations. The swimming pool was easily accessible - basically only a few metres outside. Apart from this there are several beaches nearby. Meal options in downtown Mandria provided sufficient variety and are definitely to be recommended. The TV access is sporadic, working off village WiFi, however the Wifi access was sufficient for all our needs.

Great apartment, great location

Lovely modern, family apartment. Exceptionally clean and well equipped. Mandria village less than 10 minutes walk away where there are great restaurants. I would recommend this property to family and friends and have already rebooked for later in the year.
