Surrounded by walled gardens and orchards, this former rectory of the eighteenth century welcomes you to enjoy a time of rest and relaxation family between land and sea. The cottage, with its large living room and fireplace you can spend your evenings around a society game. The resort and the beach of Val André is 5 km from a country road. All recreation are nearby to explore the beauty of the coast of Penthièvre.
For 6 people, the rental includes the ground floor: a living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed extra. A bathroom with bathtub, a toilet. A separate bedroom (the outside) with a double sofa bed or a bunk bed. Upstairs, two attic rooms: a room with double bed, a room with a bunk bed. private access and garden. garden furniture and BBQ. No animals.
Equipment: equipped kitchen, washer / dryer, refrigerator, baby equipment (cot, highchair), children's games and beaches. Sheets and towels provided on demand (12 eur) cleaning fee on demand (60 eur). large family fare (us)
Access: 15 min TGV station in Lamballe (2h50 from Paris), 4 hours from Paris by motorway.
