Newly built Mediterranean-style villa, in Marina di Mancaversa-Gallipoli, 800/900 meters from the sea and can comfortably accommodate up to 6 people, dogs are also accepted (only if well behaved, to be kept in the courtyard).
Mezzanine floor, front porch equipped with outdoor table and chairs for dining in the open air and enjoying relaxing and recreational moments, enclosed parking space, independent entrance, 2 bedrooms, large kitchen, 2 bathrooms, one with shower, shower outside, washing machine, TV and dishes, (linen on request).
The apartment is located in a strategic area, 6 km from Gallipoli, 6 from Taviano and 30 from SM di Leuca. It is located near a tourist village and is very close to the beaches of Gallipoli, just 5 minutes by car from the renowned bay. del Pizzo, is suitable both for groups of children due to its proximity to the most popular beaches of Salento such as Zen, Samsara and the disco Praja and Riobò, and to families who want to enjoy a relaxing holiday while still being close to the wonderful white beaches of Gallipoli only 5 minutes by car (2/3 km), or the wonderful coves hidden among the rocks.
In Mancaversa every year a summer entertainment program is planned by the municipal administration to cheer up the evenings of the holiday makers. Supermarket, various shops, fish shop, bars, restaurants, newsagent and tobacconist and much more to satisfy any need. First aid, pharmacy, PM office. Possibly rent from Saturday to Saturday.
