A villa for holidays in the heart of Provence, in a pretty village. In a very calm green setting, beautiful villa with 4 bedrooms, sleeps 8. It has a spacious and modern living room opening onto a large terrace with various exhibitions for your aperitifs, meals and relaxation. Bikes, trampoline and many games are available. A swimming pool (7 / 5m) for games of frenzied balloons or naps lulled by the song of the cicadas. Walking distance from the center of the charming and lively Provençal village, offering a large choice of bars, restaurants, entertainment and all shops.
Located close to the hills (Sainte Baume), you can walk, jog or go mountain biking in splendid Provencal landscapes.
20 min from Cassis (les Calanques), La Ciotat and the beaches, 30 min from Marseille and Aix en Provence for cultural visits and summer outings.
Acrobranches, Karting, OK Corral a few minutes away. Shopping centers and boutiques nearby.
The house is also visited by a very cuddly cat.

Maison située dans une belle bourgade. Vue magnifique sur les collines. Maison spacieuse
Maison idéale pour séjour familial. Nous avons apprécié le calme du lotissement et les joies de la piscine.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. Une suggestion changer les transats de la piscine qui sont très abîmés.

Sympathique maison avec piscine.
Nous avons appréciée notre séjour dans la maison.
L équipement est complet. Piscine sécurisé , jeux pour les enfants, terrasses bien exposées et le cadre est vraiment agréable.
Nous recommandons vivement ce bien.
La localisation est idéal , proche de Cassis , de la Ciotat et à 30 min de Marseille .
Merci pour l accueil des propriétaires par leur petit attention .

Très belle maison la salle de bain du haut un peu petite mais celle du bas très bien
Les chiens de vos voisins ont fait peur à nos petits enfants à chaque fois que nous passions devant
Ils ont beaucoup aboyé et on montre les dents

Désolés pour ce désagrément. Les voisins gardaient le chien de leur fille exceptionnellement. Ils l'ont rendu et à ça va beaucoup mieux. Nous leur avons demandé que ça ne se reproduisent pas.

Séjour très agréable dans une maison tout confort !
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à la villa Ecureuil.
Les terrasses autour de la maison sont très agréables et bien aménagées.
La piscine sécurisée est l'élément qui nous a orienté vers cette maison. Nous avons eu la très bonne surprise de voir que la plage de la piscine avait été refaite à neuf. Les enfants en ont profité à fond.
La maison est très bien équipée, fonctionnelle et moderne. La pièce de vie (salon + cuisine ouverte) restait très lumineuse malgré les volets que nous fermions suivant la position du soleil pour garder la fraîcheur dans la maison.
Les gardiennes de la maison ont su être discrètes et nous on même fournit de quoi faire une omelette pour toute la famille !
Gémenos est un village très bien situé qui est à 20 min de beaucoup de points d'intérêt, tout en profitant du calme de l'arrière pays.
Le livret d'accueil est très bien fait : les informations concernant la maison et les environs sont toutes pertinentes.
En bref : un grand merci à Maylis et à sa famille pour nous avoir accueillit dans leur maison.
Si nous envisageons à nouveau un séjour dans la région, ce sera à la villa Ecureuil !
