About this property

Casa nel Verde, house in 't Groen, Eersel

In the rental, since April 2016.
This cozy house is characterized by homeliness, luxury and tranquility. My motto is: you must feel at home. This house (100 m2) has its own atmosphere and identity.
Ample parking space (5 cars) directly at the house. Entrance with laundry room (washing machine and dryer) and wardrobe. Separate toilet, bathroom with massage shower, bedroom with wardrobe and TV. Spacious living room with cozy wood stove, large TV with canal digital, a spacious kitchen with various (built-in) equipment. From the living room you have a wonderful view of the large garden with (fenced) pond and two swings, the squirrels that are playing around, and the many bird species. Downstairs everything is on the ground floor. Double doors to the terrace and garden.

2 spacious bedrooms, 1 with balcony, and electrically adjustable bed. Infrared cabin, bathroom with bath and rain shower, separate toilet. From both bedrooms a wonderful view over the large garden ..
The garden has a (fenced) pond and two swings, various seating areas and a large terrace with a barbecue. The entire garden is fenced, which is ideal for dog owners.
Within a 5-minute walk you can reach the recreational area of the 5-star TerSpegelt park (open from Easter / April 1 to November 1), where you have free access to all facilities of the park, such as heated indoor swimming pool, 2 lakes where you can surf, rowing and pedal boats. There is a workshop and craft loft for the children, various entertainment is organized, there is a climbing wall, tennis courts, mini golf, playground and a Pump Track course. There is also a small supermarket. You can enjoy a delicious and cozy meal by the fireplace of the restaurant De Keizer, very good quality and price wise. Eersel can be reached on foot, where good restaurants are located. Also snack bar and delicious ice cream shop. Within 1 hour you can reach various charming cities (Antwerp, Brussels, Eindhoven, Den Bosch, Utrecht, Maastricht, Dusseldorf etc. etc.), as well as Beekse Bergen and the Efteling. You can discover a wonderful walking area directly from the house, you can cycle many kilometers here on the way to cozy restaurants. Häuschen im Wald

Die Lage des Häuschens im Wald ist einmalig und lädt zum Lauschen und Beobachten der Waldtiere ein. Jacqueline hat das Haus mit viel Charme und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts und wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Fantastisch huis prachtig gelegen in the bos

Geweldig verblijf. Het huis is knus en gezellig. De tuin is fantastisch: erg privé en helemaal omheind. Een fijne outdoor eet tafel met extra terras meubilair. De keuken is voorzien van alle benodigdheden en de slaapkamers hebben meerderde bedden voor extra gasten. Er zijn 2 toiletten en 2 badkamers. De gastvrouw is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. We hopen dit fijne huis in de toekomst zeker weer te kunnen huren. Happy customers.

Un petit coin de paradis

La maison est située au calme, en retrait de la route. Le charme est immédiat avec une nature luxuriante. C'est vraiment ce que l'on appelle être au vert ! La maison est spacieuse, propre, très bien entretenue et ne manque de rien. Une mention particulière pour les petites attentions et douceurs laissées par la propriétaire et les commodités (sel, poivre, dosettes café, pastille lave vaiselle...). Bel accueil ! Les extérieurs sont très agréables avec un très beau jardin et une grande terrasse bien équipée pour en profiter. Il y a de nombreux chemins de randonnées à pieds et pistes cyclables séparées de la route, au milieu de la nature, pour se promener en toute sécurité. Un supermarché bien achalandé est à 3 minutes à pied. Accès au parc du camping avec le lac et la piscine. C'est un plus non négligeable. Nous étions 6 et avons passé un excellent séjour. J'y reviendrai en famille !

Ideale vakantiewoning met geweldige tuin!

Zoals ook beschreven staat is alles aanwezig voor een fijn verblijf, niks ontbreekt en de tuin is heerlijk om in te zitten ook met warme dagen! Het mooiste vakantiehuis wat we tot nu toe gezien hebben. Ook ideaal met kinderen, de schommel in de tuin en ook omheind, heel veilig! Dit is zeker een aanrader!!!

Gezellig huis met heerlijke tuin

Het huis is gezellig en volledig ingericht. In de keuken zelfs een airfryer aanwezig, lekker voor de borrelhapjes ! De vriezer was even zoeken, maar die staat in de bijkeuken. In de ochtenden de eekhoorntjes in de tuin gezien, mooi om te zien. Een heerlijke tuin om in te zitten, je lijkt midden in het bos te zitten. Vanuit het huis in een paar minuten wandelend op de heide en in het bos! Een fijne plek.

Gezellig huis, mooie omgeving.

Mooi gezellig huis met alles wat je nodig hebt voor een ontspannen weekendje. Echt genoten met ons gezin. De wandelroutes en fietsroutes voor de deur en genoeg goede restaurants. Aanrader!

Great little cottage

Wonderful three night break in a property we felt at home with immediately, weather wasn’t good but going back to the cottage after trying to walk in horrendous winds was a homely sanctuary not what we planned but the cottage saved our weekend break.

wunderbarer Erholungskurzurlaub

Eine rundum stimmige, tolle Location, mit sehr viel Liebe und Charme ein- und hergerichtet. wunderbar für Menschen mit Hunden, die ein umzäuntes, ausbruchsicheres Gelände benötigen. Tolle Möglichkeiten zu wandern, super zentral für Ausflüge und wenn man so tolle Nachbarn hat, wie wir, noch einmal mehr entspannend und erholsam. This is an hidden gem... and i didn't even know you get access to TerSpegelt for free

Jaqueline is awesome, and she has an amazing place. We have three kids and they loved it: the yard is huge and has a lot to "explore" and bird, and squirrels :) The people leaving in the properties around are also amazing and very respectful (covid). The house is awesome, and has the added value of a brand new BBQ and an infrared sauna. Included, you have access to the number 1 cmapground in the Netherlands and it's out of this world for kids: one shallow swimming lake, one deep fishing lake, one watersport lake... and if the weather is not ok, there's a huge play area and a pool completely covered and heated. The campground really looks like a resort, in 4 days we never needed the car, everything walkable, also hiking trains around the house. Amazingly surprised, the only problem was getting all the kids in the car since they did not want to leave :)

Entspannter Start ins Neue Jahr

Wir haben für sechs Personen eine Ferienwohnung / Haus gesucht, dass uns einen gemütlichen Übergang ins Neue Jahr erlaubt. Mit diesem Ferienhaus in der Nähe von Eindhoven ist uns das gelungen. Die Vermieterin ist trotz Entfernung sehr zuvorkommend und hilfreich. Das Haus bietet genug Platz für eine große Familie, oder wie in unserem Fall 3 Päärchen. Alles ist da, was man braucht. Es kommt aber, wie so oft auf die Details an, so war sogar ein richtiger geschmückter Weihnachtsbaum im Wohnzimmer aufgebaut. Toll! Genügend Raum zum zurückziehen, ein fantastischer Garten und in der Küche findet man alles was man braucht. Für uns war es ein fantastischer Übergang von 2019 in das Jahr 2020. Danke dafür!

Sehr entspanntes Wochenende

Wir haben uns sowohl im Haus als auch in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung war sehr nett und der Wein lecker. Der Zwitscherkasten auf der Toilette war ein echtes Highlight.

Super erholsamer Urlaub

Das Hausist fantastisch. Die Einrichtung ist top, es fehlt an überhaupt gar nichts. Die Lage des Bungalowparks im Wald ist super. Es ist alles eingewachsen, sodass man keine Einsicht auf das Grundstück hat. Die tollen Bäume und die Eichhörnchen nicht zu vergessen. Ter Spegel ist auch prima. Das Angebot ist riesig. Een schitterend gelegen huis wat echt helemaal kompleet is. Veel ruimte voor iedereen. Mooie omgeving, recreatie park zeer dichtbij. Wil je echt genieten dan is dit huisje een aanrader.

Verassend en heel prettig

Het was zo leuk om aan te komen bij het huis. Het begon al wat te schemeren en daardoor zagen we dat er kerstverlichting in de tuin was aangebracht en ook tegenover de entree. Hierdoor voelden we ons extra welkom. Het huis is erg gezellig ingericht en de kachel deed het super. De bedden zijn echt goed en de badkamers ook. De eigenaresse had voor het beddengoed gezorgd en dat was verassend mooi en van hoge kwaliteit. De ligging is heel prettig. Lekker wandelen en heerlijk gegeten in het restaurant tegenover het terrein. Al met al hebben wij erg genoten van het huis, de prachtige grote tuin en alle vogeltjes en eekhoorns! Als het ons lukt komen we zeker nog eens terug. Echt een aanrader!

The house is very quit situated in the woods, nearby Eersel, a pleasant little community, which has the friendly Brabant atmosphere. Nice restaurants, bars and terraces. The house and the garden is big, it can host 8 persons. You can start your walkings or biking tours, immediately from the house. The recreation park of TerSpegelt is, as my guest, free entry.
