Short break in Marseille

Fantastic property within easy each of all parts of the city. Quiet residential area and beautiful deck for sitting outside. Very helpful host and thoroughly enjoyed or stay.

Perfekt für eine kleine Schulreisegruppe

Sehr schöne und ruhige Lage. Wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Gut angebunden an Metro und Busstationen, Bars und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Alltag. Großzügige Sitzgelegenheiten, sehr ansprechend eingerichtet, Toiletten und Betten sehr sauber, sonst nicht ausreichend sauber (Staub, Klebrige Böden und Tische, Schimmel im großen Bad, Katzenhaare auf der Terrasse). Teilweise unklar, was benutzt werden darf und was unbenutzt bleiben soll. Außerdem gab es für die Gäste wenig Stauraum zum Ablegen der eigenen Sachen. Toller Ausblick auf Marseille, das Stadion, Papageien, mit Sonnenauf- und -untergang. Super unkomplizierter und äußerst freundlicher Umgang mit dem Gastgeber, reibungsloser Check-in und Check-out. Preis/Leistung ist insgesamt vollkommen in Ordnung. Wir würden im Falle einer weiteren Kursfahrt die Unterkunft empfehlen und selbst noch einmal buchen. Herzlichen Dank!

Pas à la hauteur

Très déçu! L'annonce mentionne 4 chambres dont 2 sont équipés de 2 lits de 2 personnes.Or toutes les chambres contiennent qu'un seul lit. Nous étions 8 personnes dont 4 femmes, 2 personnes ont dû dormir dans des canapés et 1 personne par terre sur un matelas gonflable de dépannage. Le canapé du bas sentait l'urine de chat, inadmissible vu le standing de l'appartement. 2 couettes et draps sentaient également l'urine de chat. Malgré les efforts du propriétaire,ceci est intolérable pour un séjour à 4600€ les 11 nuits. Dommage parce que l'appartement est magnifique.

Een fijn appartement voor familie van 8 personen

Goede communicatie met Christian. En goede ontvangst bij aankomst. Goede ingerichte kamers. Heerlijke keuken en eetgedeelte op bovenste verdieping. Op het buitenterras mooi uitzicht en kunnen genieten om samen te eten en buiten te zitten. Bakker tegenover en supermarkt op loopafstand. Metro dichtbij om naar de stad te gaan. We hebben genoten van ons verblijf.

Topissime

Cette propriété est parfaite pour 8, à savoir que 2 personnes n'ont pas accès à une douche privative mais dû coup ils ont à leur disposition la salle de bain de la suite parentale que nious avons partagés. Appartement luxueux, terrasse incroyable. Si je devais revenir à Marseille en vacances c'est l'endroit que je choisirais. Très bien situé, à proximité des transports, des restaurants, pas de parking avec la location pour nous mais le parking gratuit de Cxxxxx n'est pas loin. Ce fût un très bon séjour et les échanges avec Christian le propriétaire nous ont permis de sélectionner des lieux qui vont rester dans nos souvenirs. Un grand merciiiii à Christian.

Impresionante apartamento en Marsella

Moderno e impresionante apartamento cerca del Velodrome. Bien comunicado. Barrio residencial, tranquilo y con buen aparcamiento. Variedad de restaurantes en la zona. Supermercados y otros comercios. Aspectos a mejorar: la limpieza y el mantenimiento. Dejar más espacio para colocar la ropa de los huéspedes.

Très agréable séjour chez Christian

Très beau duplexe, spacieux et agréable. La terrasse est idéale pour prendre un bain de soleil, le quartier très agréable avec de bons commerces, restaurants, proximité des transports et de la plage. Christian le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible!

Cette villa sur les toits est digne d'un hôtel cinq étoiles, tant pour son agencement que pour la décoration et l’électroménager haut de gamme. De plus, bien qu'en voyage, Christian a été un hôte très attentionné et réactif. Félicitations à lui et son épouse pour cette réalisation "luxueuse et pourtant familiale".
