Apartment located in the center of town less than 100 meters from the sea with home automation, electric shutters, induction hobs, completely new canalization in both the structure and furnishing.

From 01/01/2018 the Tourist Tax is applied for 1 euro from 01/11 to 31/03 and 2 euro from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 14 are excluded. From 01.01.2018 is applied the City Tax. That Tax is 1 euro per person from 01/11 to 31/03 and of 2 euro per person from 01/04 to 31/10. Children under 14 years old do not pay that tax.

Struttura in ottima posizione. Alloggio funzionale, moderno, pulito e luminoso. Possibilità di garage per l’auto. Le proprietarie (madre e figlia) sono gentilissime, premurose e disponibili.Se dovessi tornare a Polignano alloggerò sicuramente qui.
