The apartment was great! It was in a very good location near many restaurants and other things. My brother and I enjoyed our time there and it was very comfortable, I would stay there again!

Excellent stay in a great location

We had a great stay at the Holidays Banchi Nuovi. Our pre-stay communication and check-in went smoothly. We needed a late check-in due to our arrival time in Rome and it wasn't a problem. Apartment was as described in a great central location. Although it's centrally located, it's on a smaller side street off a square so it wasn't loud in the evenings.

Great Rome Location

Centrally located in an area with restaurants and shopping. Cafes are 2-3mins away for a morning cappuccino and breakfast. Walking distance to all attractions and right on bus route if you prefer not to walk. Apartment is very nice with all amenities needed for a pleasant stay! Thank you.

Only problem was the hot water in the shower did not work. Otherwise fantastic location, beds where very comfortable and the instructions for the taxi from the airport was super helpful.

The room looks dirty and all internal things of the apartment looks dirty. Noise is terrible if you want to sleep. No matter what the owner is gonna justify himself, my experience along with my family is that this place does not correspond to what is show in the pictures, dirty look and feel

Great location

This apartment is central to everything you need. Clean, good AC units. We were really happy with our stay. For US folks, I missed it on the site but there is a daily tax per person that has to be paid in cash upfront. Check in process could have been better, Christina was great so not her fault at all, but I would suggest owners install keyless entry. This will allow renters to access the apartment without someone there, especially for late check-in because there is additional charges for late check-in. Our flight was running late so we had to pay 50 euros for coming in late. Owner did communicate this up front so we were not surprised.

Fabulous!

First of all, special thanks to Cristina for her all help and hospitality. The condo is exactly as depicted in the website pictures. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary basic items to prepare any meal (we cooked several times). The shower has plenty of hot water, and the floor size is ample compared to other vacation rentals in Rome. Our group consisted of 5 adults. We did not use air conditioning as it was very comfortable in April, but there are 3 portable units (2 in the bedrooms plus living room) that appear to be powerful enough for a hot summer days. The location is unbeatable at the end of a narrow, mostly pedestrian street, with many shops, restaurants, bars, etc. a few doors down the street. Private transportation arranged by the hosts is well worth it. There are also food stores, a pharmacy, and bus stops nearby. I have read negative reviews that it is loud at night. Well, it is loud, but it didn't bother much. But if you want to be in a location this good in Rome, it is going to be loud, unless you are above the 10th floor (good luck finding one). Being a few blocks west of the Pantheon and Piazza Navona takes you out of the tourist trap area, while being close enough to walk to all the main attractions. This is my 4th time in Rome and this is by far the best overall vacation rental that I have stayed at.

Wonderful stay

We absolutely enjoyed our stay at this apartment. We loved the location. We felt safe here in a friendly area that was within walking distance to amazing sites and good eats. The apartment was on a really cute street. The property manager was excellent and amazingly kind and accommodating to us. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Thank you Allesandro! My family and I couldn't have been more happier with the apartment. It was so nice to come back from a long day to a nice comfortable bed. Everything was just perfect. The shower was large with plenty of hot water. The kitchen has everything you need. We were able to wash and dry clothes which was a bonus for us since we were continuing our journey. The apartment is located on a quaint street away from the large crowds with fantastic restaurants and cafe's nearby. We were met at the airport with our private transfer that was arranged for us by Allesandro which made our check in flawless. Thank you so much! By the way our driver was excellent "pole position".

We have just enjoyed a 3 night stay in this apartment with another couple. It's location is fantastic for seeing Rome on foot, just 10 mins walk from Vatican. The apartment was very clean, the beds comfortable, lots of closet space. We made breakfast daily and the kitchen has everything you need. Lots of bars, stores and restaurants nearby. Would recommend for a family or two couples.

Cozy home away from home

A cozy home away from home near all of the spectacular landmarks in Rome. My three children (ages 6, 16, and 19) stayed at this comfortable apartment. A fully equipped kitchen with plenty of room for everyone to hang out and sleep - we would definitely stay at this apartment again. The apartment manager met us on arrival and provided helpful information about the city and local eats. We washed clothes and cooked in the apartment and were also provided car service for a respectable additional fee -- well worth the money spent for this service. Clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay again. A modern apartment and the pictures on the web site are exactly as they are in the apartment. Thank you!

It features air conditioning, internet wifi connection, heating, smart tv, hair dryer, iron, iron board, microwave oven, kitchen ware, toaster, washing machine, dishwasher, high chair and crib (free of charge).

The apartment is located in the heart of Rome in the pedestrian zone. Winding medieval streets leading to beautiful squares and fountains surround the apartment. It is wonderful to just step out of the apartment and find yourself in the historical heart of Rome.

Distance from main monuments in Rome: 8 min walking distance from St. Peter’s Square and Castel Sant’Angelo. In the opposite direction you will find Piazza Navona, The Pantheon, Campo de' Fiori, Fontana di Trevi, the Spanish Steps and Piazza Venezia with the Roman Forum and the Colosseum all within walking distance. The apartment is also very well connected with pubic transportation with major bus lines only a few minutes away. We do, however, recommend walking because that is the only way to discover all the amazing hidden secrets that Roma has to offer.
