Pretty atypical house of 35 m², on the edge of a private canal, comprising: entrance hall, fitted kitchen, bathroom, large living room, air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling windows on terrace access and on the quay, all in a small residential complex private and closed.
The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, hob, fridge, oven, microwave and a washing machine. The living-dining room with its convertible sofa and its foldaway double bed can accommodate 4 people. A large 18 m² equipped terrace overlooking the quay with views of the boats and the canal completes the offer.

Petit appartement mais bien agencé et très bien situé!

Une semaine de vacances bien agréable! Équipement parfait comme l'indique le descriptif de l'annonce. Un propriétaire à notre disposition bien sympathique qui nous a indiqué où trouver du poisson notamment. La mer à nos pieds, les commerces également! Pas de poissonnerie comme en France! Beaucoup de touristes! Ville très propre (comme l'appartement). Seul bémol : le stationnement! Les places gratuites ou payantes sont rares! Attention aux amendes! La Police est très rapide....Séjour à recommander et très agréable.
