Maison agréable , propre, entièrement climatisée et très bien équipée. Chambre avec literie de bonne qualité, espace à vivre agréable, salle de bain et cuisine très fonctionnelle. Equipement complet intérieur (micro ondes, four, lave vaisselle...) et extérieur (barbecue, transat, vélo, salon de jardin...) Voisinage vraiment très sympathique. Propriétaire à l'écoute, impliqué et de bon conseil. Proche de la plage, restaurant, commerce, marché.... De très bonnes vacances dans un bel endroit, à recommander

Très bonne appréciation

La maison est très fonctionnelle, située dans un quartier très calme. Nous avons été bien accueillis par l'agence, le propriétaire est toujours très disponible au téléphone pour toute question. Le descriptif de la maison et des environnements est très conforme aux informations décrites. Maison très propre, très bien aménagée, la clim est un plus très apprécié. La plage et les balades à pied sont très agréables, le climat idéal. Je recommande cette location, son prix est très raisonnable.

Villa Climatisée dans quartier calme

Villa bien entretenue, cuisine bien aménagée et jolie tout ce qu'il faut comme à la maison. Chambre en bas spacieuse . Nous avons bien appréciée la clim. Seul petit souci pour garer sa voiture car dans une impasse mais on apprécie le calme de rue.

Nous avons passe une excellente semaine dans cette maison, trop courte même. Pouvoir bénéficier des vélos et du mobilier de jardin est un plus. Le voisinage est sympathique.Pour le confort, rien a dire. Calme assure. Hôte sympathique. Je conseille cette location.

Nous sommes contents de notre séjour et nous sommes prêt à y repartir. La maison est très bien. Les commerces se trouvent à proximité ainsi que le grand parc avec les terrains de pétanque et les jeux pour les enfants.

Conforme aux photos

Location très confortable, il ne manque rien (c'est comme à la maison). Il y a même des vélos. Propre. Quartier calme. Nous recommanderons sans problème. N'hésitez pas à vous balader dans les terres, il y a de très beaux coins. A faire une balade en bateau sans permis sur les canaux d'Empuriabrava et à goûter à la gastronomie espagnole. Excellent restaurant en arrivant à Fortia sur la droite (à 10 kms environ). Très bons contacts avec le propriétaire qui est très attentionné. Excellent rapport qualité prix.

charmante location

Description de la location très correcte:je recommanderai sans probléme cette maison à des amis qui souhaitent passer de bonnes vacances au nord de la Costa Brava.(cuisine équipée comme rarement dans une loc de vacances).
